Location, location, location
This hotel is located with a view overlooking the Opera House and in relatively close proximity to Grande Via. It serves an excellent breakfast, with attentive and friendly staff. Our room, while clean and tidy, was somewhat cramped but our overall impression was very positive.

nice hotel, in a very nice area. The staff was very helpful. The staff offord upgraded room midway through our stay but did not take the offer. WIFI was weak in the hotel. the toilet and shower can use some modifications, they tend to overflow.

Exceptional Experience at Ocean Drive Madrid!
Beautiful hotel in great location near everything! Fantastic front desk staff always ready to assist guests. A very special thank you to Olya and Paula for taking the time to find trains, make dinner reservations, give directions, etc. I can't say enough about housekeeping as well...perfect every time for the seven days we were there. I strongly recommend this excellent hotel.

The Ocean Drive Madrid is conveniently located at the Opera Metro station, as well as shopping, great food options, and the Palace. Taxis are easy to come by because it is in a bustling part of town. Even with all of the activity in the area, the room was extremely quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and had great tips of things to see and do in the area. Given an opportunity to return to Madrid, I would return to this hotel.
