On arriving at the apartments we had a huge language barrier and the staff were very unhelpful. We were told we would need to wait 5 minutes whilst they finished cleaning the room, however 30 mins later we were still waiting. Eventually we got into the room and found it had a microwave and 2 hobs. It wasn't exactly an apartment you could be self-sufficient in! The night before we checked out we checked there would be someone to hand the keys to in the morning, they said there would be. There wasn't - so we left the keys in the room and left.

With caveats....

The location of the hotel was not convenient since you have to battle a steep uphill walk from the Metro which they do not mention in the descriptions. If you want a cardio workout, the walk is 15 minutes from the Metro and not the 5 minutes that is posted. Walking to the Metro is not terrible since you are going downhill but you need to be aware of it and realize it is a 25 minute ride into Sol Metro station. The location is such that you can not readily drop by your hotel in the middle of the day for siesta and then continue your sightseeing. I received the smallest room with few amenities and the front desk was not very helpful when I had requests. The elevator was miniscule so if you have luggage, you'll have to send it off by itself. There is a construction site next door and a barking dog which disturbs the peace in the mornings and late at night. Only take book this hotel if the price is heavily discounted and there are few other options.
