Close for all facilities

Pros: Central location.
Location: Historical museums and attractions.
We found this hotel to be very central for transport, shops, resturants, easy walking distance to tourist attractions. Staff extremely helpful, buffet breakfast excellent. Definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Its central location.close to metro cafes and for the ladies SHOPS
Cons: Room I was in whilst clean could do with upgrade
Location: Location great
Visit to royal palace was ok trip to bernabeu worth seeing

very good location hotel

Our 2 nights stay in this hotel is amazing,. the location is very good -can walk around the city without using a car. Plaza del Sol is just few steps from the hotel and the other attractions like Plaza Real , Plaza Oriente and Plaza Mayor are just walkable .There is a catholic church a few steps from the hotel.The area is very accesible for the tourist. .The hotel service desk is great and the breakfast is very good.the lady who prepared breakfast is very nice and prepared the food so well.The ac is not working coz of the changes in the season.I could have requested a balcony a head of time during the booking. Need a cab to go to the airport which is a flat rate of 30 euros which is 30-45 mins travel time .overall beautiful experience.

Great located hotel

Pros: The breakfast was a life saver and had plenty of range towards it.
Cons: Wouldnt change anything.
Location: Train station round the corner on a big square with lots of bars and shops all around the hotel.
Had a weekend break in Madrid the weekend just gone. Arrived in the city centre and got dropped in a taxi as close as possible to the hotel as possible. Situated right in the centre with lots of tourists,shops and bars you cannot fault its location. Arrived and checked in quickly, the hotel even accepted football tickets I had requested for them to take in for me and gave them to me on arrival which was a huge weight off my mind having feared they would not be delivered. Had a small double room which done the job, breakfast was included in our deal which I dont know what I would of done without as it seemed nowhere is open in Madrid until at least after 12pm. Overall was happy with the hotel and the service given by the very helpful staff members who advised and helped us with every question we proposed to them! Would stay there again if returning to Madrid.

Perfect locación, amazing place!!

Perfect location, clean, good price, breakfast included and so many good things to eat every day. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff was incredibly nice, helpful, paying attention to the minimal detail all of the time. I would definitely return to this place whenever I visit Madrid, once again.
