Upon check-in the staff was friendly and everything seemed OK. The problem started when around midnight we wanted to go to bed. Lifting the blanket has revealed a bed sheet full of human body hair, which was obviously not cleaned since the last customer has slept there! This was disgusting.
We complained to reception, and got two options - either they would change our room (which was too late, we were very tired) or they would bring us clean sheets but we would have to make up the bed! We chose for the second even though it is not something you are supposed to do as a guest.
The next morning when we checked out - not a word of apology! Not even after I complained about it.
We had a breakfast and indicated that one of requires GF options. I had to run after the employee 3 times to get that. While she ignored my repeated requests, she had no problems to come to our table and ask for our room number.
I expect A FULL REFUND from Expedia for this stay. What next - will you also put your customers in establishments that rent rooms by the hours???!!!
