Great choice near the airport

Location: Airport, a couple of restaurants/cafes, mall, residential streets to walk on
Excellent front desk service, delicious breakfast buffet, very close to airport. In a residential area with not much nearby.

nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: well situated, clean, good service
Cons: bed confort, telephone didnt work
Location: is very well loacated close to the airport , train station and bus station
good service and friendly staff, we stay for one night when we arrive from Paris, get in to the hotel from Barajas airport was very easy 20 min. walking and for the next day they ofer a free shuttle to the airport. The staff was very friandly at our arrival they show us how to get to the train station wich is 15min. walking. Is a very good choice if you need a place to stay near the airport,

I made a mistake with the dates and they helped

I made a mistake with the dates and, even though it was a non refundable reservation the hotel manager contacted me to offer a full refund after learning I made that mistake. Excellent customer service!

Hotel is very old and smells as such everywhere you go. Room climate control didnt work (heater)

Ok hotel for overnight layovers

Ok hotel for the prize. Free airport shuttle is great and super convenient. Takes less than 10 min to any terminal.

Nice hotel in residential area close to airport

Pros: Room worked well for our family of four. Staff was accommodating, even lending us electric adapters when our luggages were lost by the airline.
Cons: Dining staff could be more courteous during rush hours.
Location: Residential neighborhood with a few restaurants and stores nearby. We walked a mile to the metro to go sight seeing.
Stayed there with the family. The staff was accommodating, room and facilities were clean. Wi-Fi signal not as strong but worked ok. Two laptops in the lobby helped stay connected with work and school.

Disappointing

Pros: General layout of room and bathroom.
Cons: Update flooring.
Location: Near airport, but in an apartment residential area. Dificult to locate.
Dificult to locate. Lacks proper upkeep of carpet which holds smoke Oder. Thin walls makes sleeping challanging. Heard all movement next door and all toilet activity.
