Functional, affordable hotel

Good service in small hotel located in a quiet area in financial/business section of Madrid. Very functional rooms; a little tight on space. Loved the free bike rentals!

Nice hotel but small for four

The hotel was nice but it was small for family of four.The staff was excellent,very friendly and helpful.The location was good,close to Hard Rock Cafe Madrid and the Hop on,Hop off station is right there.The bathroom was nice and clean.Overall is was a nice cute hotel and it was a pleasant stay for us.

Check-in was slow

Staff taking care of several customers at the same time, rooms were not as shown in pictures. Not satisfied at all.

Nice hotel Close to metro station

Nice hotel, clean,good location, comfortable bed,bathroom fancy showers but the door is not design for privacy. The front desk give you 2 or 3 euros discount for breakfast Delicious buffet.

2 nights for a family of 4

Positive: Centrally located, and there were many good eating establishments as well as discounted parking nearby. I also liked the separate twin beds for our 2 children. They had good toiletries and extras that one would need for the stay. Negative: Disappointed after seeing the 4-star reviews. The atmosphere was dark, and the room was missing some comforts such as a place other than the towel racks to hang clothes, and the air conditioning did not work so it was very warm in the room. The beds were also very hard. There were big gashes in the frame of the bathroom door, and the toilet seat was stained. There was very little tourist information readily available. I don't think I got the value for my money- I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
