Nice hotel walking distance from tour us stop and not to far from many cites.

El servicio hizo la diferencia

Cuando llegamos al hotel niños gusto la decoración ya que nos hizo sentir en un hotel de paso, luego mandamos la ropa a la lavandería y nos echaron a perder la ropa pero el servicio hizo la diferencia ya que en todo momento fueron muy amables y nos pagaron inmediatamente el costo de la ropa además nos mandaron un canasto de fruta con un atento recado de de disculpa. Volvería al hotel sin dudarlo.

Jweel in Madrid.

Pro: Great hotel, best location in Madrid, quiet and very simple hotel, good price, great blackout curtains, free bicycles, fast Taxi services, only 25 min. from airport, unique places for breakfast, lunch and diner all walking distance. Cont: funny smell only at entrance, very hot temperatures inside elevators, showers design to mess because of no doors.

Decent place with its ups and downs.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The rooms need more attention. The first room was not cleaned well. There was some trash in the bathroom. Also, I found someone's underwear under the sheets... I asked to be put in another room, which had no electricity... the third time they put me into one of their suits. The safe did not work... I gave up and just stayed there. All in all, the staff is nice, the hotel needs work...

Nos cambiamos de habitación por patio interior. Cama cómoda. Habitación un poco pequeña.Agua ducha bien.Poco gel baño.Tv Estupenda.Detalles que necesitan mantenimiento,Estado puertas exteriores al pasillo, zonas comunes no muy cuidadas en detalles, mamparas duchas, hab.algo oscuras. No hay mueble para dejar maleta abierta. Zona buena. Wifi no usamos al final. No hay sabana superior sino directamente un nórdico, sería de agradecer una sabana para las noches de calor que se usa el a/a.Primera hab.ducha hidromasaje y faltaba espejo de cuerpo para arreglarse. Segunda con bañera sin hidromasaje pero si espejo. Corto para 4 estrellas.

Friendly Modern Hotel

Pros: Everything.
Location: Location was very pleasant, upmarket part of Madrid, a walk to the Retiro park, Prado and also walkable to the centre.
They gave us a free upgrade to a very nice large apartment room with lovely facilities. Generally a very nice hotel, modern, friendly staff, air conditioned and great breakfast. Would recommend it to everyone.
