This hotel was actually a gem. It's origin was a historic inn. Loved the charm and the historic area. Receptionist was so helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff made us feel so welcomed and were extremely helpful with directions, ordering a taxi, accommodating special dietary needs and so on. The room was great and the location of the hotel unbelievably good.

Very good staff and an enjoyable stay
Hotel was lovely, with extremely helpful and polite staff. We received welcome drinks on arrival served with snacks which were also complimentary which was a nice touch. The suite was smaller than it looked in photographs, but comfortable. The bath was very relaxing but the shower overflowed easily and we needed to use our towels and bath robes to prevent it flooding the room. The temperature of the room was fine, given it was October and there was the option to put on air conditioning although this wasn’t very powerful. The bed was comfortable and we slept well with no street noise despite being close to many bars. Overall the price per night was a bit expensive for the experience but if you can get a deal or use a reward night then it is worth it.
