Disgusting and outdated and definitely not in the center of atocha or city center where u want to be

Quiet convient clean hotel

Easy to/from airport. Nice hotel in quiet area near everything, great staff and breakfast.

Not a confortable bed and very noisy left the hote

Good hotel near train station

Clean and comfortable business standard hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to train station. An easy 15 minute walk to Reine Sofia and Botanical gardens. Walking back streets around hotel gave us a good feeling of being in Madrid, lots of small non touristy cafes. Would recommend.

The hotel was ok. The area is not very nice but it is close to the train station. I do not think it is a four star hotel, maybe a three would be more appropriate.

Nice and clean hotel

Pros: The beds are really comfy and room temperature is good and easily controlled (it doesn't get too cold at night).
Cons: The fitness center needs attention to say the least. Its a small room with no air-con and the about 3 machines.
Location: El parque de retiro is walking distance as are bars and restaurants. About 15min walk to the main street.
Hotel is fine for a few nights stay for business. It has good (and free) WIFI and the rooms are kept clean. Sometimes the rooms can have a stale smoke smell - i presume this is when i get an ex-smoking room. The beds are really comfy and room temperature is good and easily controlled (it doesn't get too cold at night). The fitness center needs attention to say the least. Its a small room with no air-con and the about 3 machines. I wouldn't bother going - go for a run outside instead!

Regarding the fitness center we do apologize, we had not noticed A/C was not working properly and we are working in solving this incident. Great hotel only a few minutes away from Atocha railway station, very convenient to hop on a train to other destination like Toledo or Zaragoza. Friendly staff and great amenities
