Great hotel close to everything!

Posted Jul 24, 2016
The hotel was close to everything 5 to 10 min walk in any direction. Alot of bars and clubs near bye. Great food around. And it has a fridge but it's almost filled with drinks & water.

Family Vacation

Posted Jul 23, 2016
Our room was on the back side of the hotel and thought it would be very quite. I turned out that there was noise till around 10 and then noise started to pickup at 5 am....rooms very small. Asked for VIP upgrade to open rooms in front of hotel and they said they were 60 more per night. Breakfast was VERY good. We paid 200 (listed for 400) per night. Beds not comfy :-(

Great hotel in the city centre.Very clean and efficient. You can walk to all sights.Value for money.I asked for an early check in+got it! From the airport, get the " aeropuerto express bus" to Cibeles( 5eu) Then just 5/ 6 mins.walk to the Regina hotel..Going back to airport get the bus at the other side of the road (Calle Prado).Air cond..works well and wifi is top class! Didn't have breakfast there.Would stay in the Regina again...

Great hotel in central Madrid

Posted Jul 22, 2016
Hotel is situated five minutes walk from Sol so very convenient. Room was spacious, three of us stayed there for three nights and were comfortable. Staff were polite. Air conditioning could have been better as it was very hot at night. Booked early with Expefia and managed to get 50% off list price which made excellent value.

El descuento es una trampa!

Posted Jul 21, 2016

Short Break

Posted Jul 20, 2016
Pros: Local to Metro
Cons: The rooms should include a tea/coffee making also the use of an iron would have been great.
Location: Great location plenty of cafes and bars local
Very nice clean hotel in the heart of the city Metro line right outside the hotel.

most city attractions are within walking distance.easy to go and from airport, no taxi needed. but standard room doesnt have view at all, you can only see the pipeworks, sewage pipes, no sunshine can been seen, terrible.
