Very warm and friendly staff, made us feel at home. We lost our passport in Barcelona and had to stay in Madrid for 8 nights waiting for procedures to complete. The service was excellent and the staff took really good care of us especially that we were in a challenging situation because of our stolen luggage.
Some decorations are a little bit kitsch, kind of too many elements together, marble, mirrors, different woods. Despite this "original" taste, rooms are gorgeous, equipment, comfort, quality of food -both room service and breakfast- were excellent.
Just everything excelent, the room obviously, but the service was absolutely outsatanding.
A wonderful two days in Madrid and the Heritage was excellent. Delicious breakfasts arrived and fabulous sheets and towels. The welcome I received when I arrived was lovely. Madrid rocks.
