The Alicia is right in the heart of Plaza Santa Ana in Madrid Centro. It is walking distance to just about everything you'd want to see. The hotel is well kept and the rooms clean and modern. The staff is wonderfully friendly and very helpful to those of us who don't speak the language very well. We had a great time and looking forward to going back next year.

This hotel is an excellent location. Very easy to walk to major attractions, and right on a town square. Staff were outstanding and very helpful with an early check-in and baggage storage, as well as pointing out fun activities in the area. Breakfast is in it a restaurant full of character adjoining the hotel.
