Great location!Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: If you can pay extra and get an upgrade, there are fantastic rooms with terraces.
Cons: Don't like the sexy art work in the lobby.
Location: Located on Plaza Santa Ana- great site for tapas and people watching. Easy walk o mst locations and near the museums.
I have stayed here several times and love it. It's a small hotel so you get to know everyone at the desk and they are very friendly. Great location, right on Plaza Santa Ana.

Excellent hotel in centre of old historic cityPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: We loved everything about it.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: Many restaurants, cafes and squares are within reach. All major tourist attractions are accessible and within walking distance.
Location was superb, within close walking distance to all major central attractions. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room had a lovely view of San Anne Square. Very modern, clean accommodation. Breakfast downstairs was an excellent deal and delicious. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay in the future.

Great location!!!!Posted Jun 30, 2015
For a reasonably priced hotel, this is a very good choice. Just outside the door is a charming plaza filled with outdoor dining. If you're overly modest this might not be the place for you-there was no division between the shower/basin area and the sleeping area in our room but luckily we like each other!

Thought from write ups there would be outside space but this only the case for superior rooms. Tried to upgrade but couldn't!

Buena ubicación, pero yo elegiria otro hotelPosted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels

Great locationPosted Jun 9, 2015 on Hotels
This was our third stay at this hotel. The staff is helpful and accommodating. It is right on the corner of Santa Ana plaza but despite all the activity, our room was always quiet. You're close to many major points of interest.

Nærhet til Santa Ana plassen og severdigheterPosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Moderne design, hyggelig betjening, bra frokost
Cons: Ikke noe
Location: Plaza santa Ana, her er drøssevis av barer og restauranter.
Nydelig frokost med ferskpresset appelsinjuice. Svært sentral og fin beliggenhet med gangavstand til de fleste bydelene.

Great hotel, staff, breakfast & location!Posted Jun 1, 2015
Cons: There was no hair conditioner. It would be nice to have it in addition to a shampoo.
My friend and I stayed at a Room Mate Alicia for 5 nights in the early April. We greatly enjoyed our experience! Bus tours, attractions and restaurants are in a walking distance, location is safe and hotel staff was excellent. We initially had a smaller room on the 4th floor, but it had a very bad insulation. So, we asked to move to another available room and staff accommodated. Our upgraded room (with no extra cost) was on the second floor, very cozy and quiet, a little bigger, with a nice shower, great housekeeping service and a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel!

Great location at a great pricePosted May 27, 2015
Pros: Location Great staff Great value
Location: Near Plaza Mayor, walking distance to many great museums including Prado and Modern Art. Situated near great nightlife and superb restaurants.
Fantastic location, in the heart of Madrid. Room very adequate in size and amenities--perhaps slightly smaller than an American would expect, but very comfortable and with a great location. Staff was superb---everything from helping with taxis, fixing broken luggage, advice on local restaurants....Breakfast was well worth the small additional cost, and food/beverages very good quality plus a friendly, caring restaurant staff. We loved this place.
