As we told you the day the incident happened, we are in a city and in a neighborhood with a lot of people, both locals and tourists. This has many more positives than negatives, but as in any other busy city, the presence of pickpockets is common. We always tell our clients to be very careful with their belongings, whether they are at the reception or out for a walk, to avoid situations like the one that has happened. As for our staff, we can assure you that at no time did they find your situation amusing, quite the contrary. As soon as the incident happened, we called the police and they told us that they could not come because they could not do anything. You would have to go to the nearest police station in case your backpack showed up.We are at your disposal for whatever you need.Best regards,
