Me gusto mucho. Desearia volver otra vez y pasar mucho mas tiempo. Lo super recomiendo. El apartamerto es super calientito, tiene todo lo que necesitas, queda en una buena zona, todo en buenas condiciones. De verdad que me encanto!
Location is dope, apartment condition to price is real good.
The only major problem was the checkin, the apartment checkin was sent at 6pm and you have to pick the keys at a reception which is 15min walk from the apartment! I thought this was odd!
Other than the check in, everything was comfortable and location is probably the best in all Madrid

CONS: the sofa bed could be better, and the picture in the ad does not match the room we got.

Biggest mistake of my life. The staff is a horror.
Worst place ever. If you value your health and mental sanity, avoid this property in this company completely. There are many other better places with fantastic management but this place is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced in my 25+ years of worldwide travel. Rude, inconsiderate, impolite, degrading, and condescending. This staff is horrific!

Never again! Broken appliances, cheap and severely scuffed furniture, and worst of all, the rude, disrespectful staff who does nothing but LIE, LIE, LIE! They are the most dishonest and unprofessional people I’ve ever met in my life! If you
stay here, problems will come up, and you will be lied to and treated not as a welcomed guest, but instead as a nuisance and since you’ve already paid, you have no recourse and they will lie to hotels.com
