Great service, facilities and locationPosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: Location, service and facilities
Cons: Take care to timely set a toilet paper in place before it run off
Location: Bars, restaurants, clubs
We stayed there for 5 nights. A great location in the middle of the famous Huertes neighborhood with all of its bars and restaurants. You just have to get down to the street and you are right at the main thing ! The receptionists were effective and helpful for all requests we had and even helped us to locate the taxi driver who drove us back to the airport for a missing camera. The room was really big at the third floor right over the main street. Noise was not an issue even late at night though people party all over the streets around.

Excellent location for all the sightsPosted Nov 15, 2015
Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Noisy area but windows kept the noise out very well. Everything easily reached on foot and good vibe.

Nice locationPosted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: Good location. Very comfortable room.
Cons: The carpet was a bit worn, but, honestly, the place was incredibly clean and comfortable.
When I was looking for a place to stay, I wanted to be close to my daughter's flat so that limited our choices. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and Plaza de Santa Ana quickly became our favorite place to get something to eat and have a glass of wine. The hotel is not far from Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and all the shopping you possibly want. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff helpful. I'd stay here again.

Ran out of warm water in the mid of shower!!Posted Oct 25, 2015
Unbelievable!! This's not a hostel but a full price "hotel" apartment! The orientation of the room n living room was odd but worst thing was the bathroom. The shower knob was hard to pull n i went out of hot water in the middle of a shower.

Great locationPosted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: Kitchenette needs updating.
Location: Close to a lot of attractions: the Prado is less than 10 mins. walk, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Retiro Park, several Metro stations, Templo Debod.
Very nicely situated in the Puerta del Sol area, the hotel has almost no lobby, but large suites which are older though very clean. The bathroom was fairly up to date, the kitchenette not so much. Bed was comfy with crisp linen. As in most cities, it was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the traffic noise and the A/C was no longer on so the room got a little muggy at night with the windows closed. Skip the continental breakfast for €9 served in your room. There are lots of restaurants around that serve Spanish style breakfasts: churros and hot chocolate, tortillas, toast with tomato for €2.5 - €3.5. Hotel is close to the Prado, walking distance to San Miguel market and the Royal Palace. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

Perfekte LagePosted Oct 22, 2015

Excellent location and very nice hotelPosted Oct 21, 2015
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Honor the reservations we as a customer make with more tan 6 months in advance. I was not very pleased to move to another hotel.
Location: Madrid is a very nice city and you can move around walking. Everything is within walking distance and pretty sage.
Very friendly staff, clean and confortable rooms and great location. Everything is within walking distance. The only inconvenient I had is that the last night of my stay the hotel was overbooked and I was transfer to a nearby hotel. I was not please with the change because I was not travelling alone and my colleagues stay at the Suite Prado.

Very spacious rooms centrally located in MadridPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Most major sites (Reina Sofia, Prado, Puerto del Sol, Royal Palace) were in walking range Very nice bathroom Located near many restaurants
Cons: It felt a little strange that we had to give our keys to the staff members when leaving the hotel.
Location: Nothing is extremely close (as in a block or two), but most attractions are within a mile.
This hotel is a little tricky to find - we had to show our hotel confirmation and address to our taxi driver when we arrived at Atocha station. The hotel itself is located in something of an alley which branches off of a very narrow street. Once we found the hotel, the staff member we found was a woman who did her best to orient us to the area in English. While previous reviewers have complained about the demeanor of staff members, I did not find this to be a problem. Our lodging turned out to be a spacious and well-decorated flat complete with kitchenette and double sinks in the bathroom. It felt as if we were borrowing a full home from someone!

Bra hotell men väldigt bra läge!Posted Oct 1, 2015
Trevlig personal som gärna hjälpte till med att vi skulle trivas så bra som möjligt, personal 24 timmar om dygnet som alltid var där.
