Great staff, best hotel experience in Spain for me so far. We had the suite in the top floor, getting up to it is a trek up narrow stairs. But it's worth it. A large L shaped balance with chairs with beautiful views. Suite is clean and large, bed is comfortable, looks all new and renovated. Staffed 24 hrs a day for security and convenience.

Me and my 11 year old son had a fantastic stay here , the location is really good everything is close by , the staff at the reception is so sweet amazing people, I even extended my stay for an extra night they helped me out right away gave me a different room and also write me a cute welcome note , I would definitely stay here again !

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid! The location is perfect: just a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, making it easy to explore the entire city center on foot. The rooms are small but spotless, with towels and linens changed daily – a detail I truly appreciated. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A great choice for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Friendly and welcoming

Upon our arrival we received a friendly welcome and were able to leave our bags as we were a couple hours earlier than check in. All staff working the front desk were very friendly and attentive making us always feel welcome. We stayed in the room with the terrace and enjoyed the extra space throughout our stay (just make sure you can climb stairs!). Very clean, great location, would recommend.

Small, cute and very clean hotel. The receptionists are very nice, friendly and helpful with everything. The receptionists brought anything that’s missing in the room immediately when asked. No elevator because its an old building but the staff helps with everything. We really liked this hotel and definitely recommend it.
