This property is run down. There was mold in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Convenient to Chamartín but that was the only positive. The pool area looks nothing like the picture on the Expedia ad.

Old Hotel near Chamartin train station. The best: good buffet breakfast The worst: mattresses are very old and low quality. You get pocked by the inner springs everywhere. I would not recommend their beds. Area: hotel overlooks a park??? Or empty lot. Is walking distance to train, cercanías and Metro station. Area is under development, so expect construction everywhere.

Reception floor was replaced during the night and noise from the replacement process could be heard in rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. Also, the 3rd floor was labeled as a no smoking floor, but our room had either been smoked in before when the floor was not a no smoking floor or a recent guest had been smoking in the room. There obviously had been an attempt to mask the odor with a deodorant or air freshener. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Good stay next to train station
I had an early train so wanted to stay near the station. Staff were very helpful. Room is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Walls are thin, I recommend ear plugs. Getting into town was easy with the metro station so close.

Ok but bad upper management.
Over all the hotel is nice but the management decision to have no concierge or person to assist the front desk is a 1 or 2 star hotel decision. Getting bags out of the baggage claim area when the only front desk person was helping customers made us wait 15 minutes and we barely made our train, running to the platform. I feel sorry front front desk people not to mention the inconvenience for customers. They can’t let anyone else open baggage claim area. Poor management. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

Very convenient for an overnight stay near Chamartin Railway Station. But not easy to find the way from the station to the hotel - the reverse journey is obvious, but starting at the main station entrance not so much so.

Terrible customer service. My flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get to Madrid. Called them to let them know and ask for a refund and they refused, even though it was out of my hands. So they took my money and I didn’t get to stay. Won’t bother booking here again.

Pool is seasonal so it wasn’t open, that is not explained anywhere so I got two kids crying about it. The restaurant closes at 4 and then they open at 8 but with very limited menu. Staff was rude.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff.
This was our first time at this hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very good, clean with a very comfortable bed. The bedding was good but felt like it had been starched so a bit scratchy. We had a separate area with a sofa and television, this room was good value for money and with the metro and train station less that five minute’s walk away it is a fabulous location. The only downside was that there is a major renovation project going on at the station which did generate a bit of noise. Finally, the buffet breakfast was very good with an assortment of freshly baked pastries. The hot food selection was more basic. In conclusion I would highly recommend this hotel for adults. In the summer there is a pool which would make it more child friendly.

Excellent service, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My room on the 8th floor had a big window which opened to the outside. It was big enough to fit a large adult through. It’s not a problem for adults at all, but a potential safety issue if you have children with you.

Отель разочаровал, почему такая цена за утилитарный номер с видом на вокзал? В ванной комнате не работал держатель для душа, стеклянная дверка для душа старая, вода была на полу после того, как принимаешь душ, дверь в шкаф не открывалась, т. к. шкаф перекошен. И, вообще, все такое старомодное и непотребное, несмотря на то, что якобы был свежий ремонт. Почему такой ценник за номер? Только из-за близости к вокзалу?
