"Staff tried very hard to mske my stay comfortable. They gave me a second welcome drink after someone walked off with my first one. Check out is late at 11:30 am so we could relax in bed all morning. I don't like that 3.5 euros are charged for luggage storage. Great location as all buses, trams and metro trains stop there. Very convenient when having to take the train to elsewhere."

"Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ziemlich sauber und hat meiner Meinung nach wenig bis kaum Mängel, jedoch war der „Parkplatz“ nichts weiteres als eine Wiese, mit Baumstümpfen und kleinen Hügeln hier und dort. Leider ist uns so ein Baumstumpf nicht aufgefallen (war mit Gras bedeckt) und wir sind da mit unserem Auto drübergefahren und diesen mit dem Autoboden berührt. Vielleicht könnte man diese Stellen mit Fahnen oder Bodenmarkierungen kennzeichnen, damit sowas in Zukunft nicht nochmal passiert. Das...

"Accomodation economica in un ostello appena ristrutturato. La mia era una camera mista da 4 persone e credo che i miei compagni di stanza ed io siamo stati tra i primi ad inaugurare la struttura: tutto era nuovo di zecca e super pulito. A mio avviso, gli spazi comuni della stanza sono piuttosto ridotti: se ci si alza tutti alla stessa ora, ci potrebbe essere un po' di difficoltà a muoversi. A me personalmente è andata benissimo, dal momento che, quando mi sono alzato, uno degli ospiti era già...

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"We stayed here on our arrival to Italy. Easy to navigate from Central Train station and walkable. Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and gave us tips and directions for using the metro and areas to visit. Room was a decent size for a family of four and the complimentary water, coffee and breakfast items were fantastic! Would visit again if in Milan. "
