Very warm easy living environment. Had rocking chairs and outdoor seating. Clean room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again if in the area.

Centrally located

Posted Sep 26, 2017
Pros: location, pool, price
Cons: pillows could be upgraded
easy walk to numerous restaurants, gift shops and Wheels Through Time Museum. Level of comfort and cleanliness totally up to expectations for part of the Comfort Inn chain. Adequate breakfast bar. Clean pool. Plenty of parking. Nice added touch is the hotel staff leave old towels as rags to be used by the motorcycles and car buffs. If you are looking for a good location in Maggie Valley, and don't mind a nice leisurely stroll, then this hotel is within walking distance to it all.

Nice Hotel in a busy area

Posted Aug 27, 2017
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Location: We were there for two reasons, to return our son to college at Western Carolina and then to watch the eclipse in Sylva.
Was a great location and the free breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was that the seating for breakfast was limited unless you wanted to sit outside. The area was covered and clean so if the weather is good it will be fine.

Clean and Comfortable Great Breakfast!!!!

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: Nice view of the valley from the glass enclosed pool.
Cons: Pool area felt like it could've been kept up better. Wish that you had some cardio machines and weights.
Location: We went to the casino. This can be a bit of a tricky drive up and back down some steep terrain with fog. But it worked out ok.
The rooms are well designed and clean! Feels like they must've done a recent upgrade to the interiors. Very pleased. The breakfast is fantastic. Not just fruit and cereal, but bisquits and gravy , a waffle maker with fixings, fresh cheese omelets and sausage. right on the main drag of Maggie Valley.

Accommodating staff, clean comfortable stay

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Bed was a little firm, but this is normal in motels
Location: Great Smokie Mountains, Cherokee, and other local attractions
We came to view the eclipse in August. The staff opened the breakfast early so we could leave early to drive south to Andrews, NC. They have a hot breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff.
