Great place. excellent service and overall experience from the moment I walked in the door to moment I left. Will gladly there again.
Don’t like having to take separate elevators to get to room. Getting a drink at the bar takes forever.
Great location, enjoyed the club room with Continental breakfast etc, staff extremely helpful and friendly, size of suite was great. Only downside is room could use some updating. Thanks Hyatt!
Great location. Clean rooms and baths. Loads of hot water. Friendly staff. But just the basics. Furniture beat up, drawers on broken glides.
Location was convenient to Union Station, CIBC theater, Art Institute.
Easy check in and check out. Nice bar and breakfast. Great location
Rooms were wonderful Location to downtown attractions great
Good location, connected to excellent restaurant. Interior was dingy and room had a musty odor. For the price and location, will definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very clean & very nice. Had trouble with the parking we had included when we booked it. But the staff helped and made sure we didn’t have to pay because we had free parking.
