⭐️⭐️
Embassy Suite Hotel Magnificent Mile Chicago had its moments, but overall, it's a bit underwhelming. The cleanliness was passable, but the room could definitely use some tender loving care. Service-wise, it was just average, nothing to write home about.
One major gripe was the garage entrance—it felt like waiting for a sloth to do a cartwheel. Especially annoying was the lone "concierge" handling the trolley, causing a bottleneck that could test the patience of a saint.
On the upside, the pool was decent enough, offering a respite from the city hustle. However, the happy hour, while a nice concept, left much to be desired. The nibbles served seemed to have been chosen by a random number generator.
In summary, if you're looking for a place to crash without expecting much frill, Embassy Suite Hotel might fit the bill. But don't expect any bells and whistles—just a passable stay with a few quirks along the way.
