Beautiful, big, well-run

Pros: Huge bed, stunning bathroom, enormous suite, Well-appointed
Location: Near Michigan Ave, the Lake, etc
I had the biggest room ever. Service was remarkable and a "10". Luxurious, exquisite.

Rooms are beautiful, location is convenient, staff members were attentive and helpful. Excellent choice for my business travel.

Terrible Service. Rude Staff.

The staff was very very rude and terrible service, they did not have clean elevators or rooms smelt very bad like oil and gas

Chicago Getaway

This place is great. It is right off the mag mile, near lots of restaurants but away from the crowds. I had a quick check in and was allowed early entrance to my room. The room was much larger than expected. It was decorated very nice and was very clean. I slept great as it was quite quiet. The bathroom was large which was lovely and the room had a large full length mirror (which hotels never have). Great stay. I would highly recommened.

Great Hotel in a good location. Very helpful staff. Roof terrace is plus, must be perfect for summer nights.

Seminar trip to Chicago

Great location. Walking distance to everything.Suite room awesome. Bed super comfortable. NO fitness center. Construction right next door. Loud! Overall though great place.

Liars!!!!

I paid a $100 deposit upon checking in as I checked out they didn’t check the room till after I left but as a decent hotel. I didn’t think there would be a problem so I left and she told me my deposit would be refunded to me in 48 hrs. So I went to check my account and they took $250. I called and they said my room smelled like smoke which was a boldface lie cus mentor my husband smoke!!!
