Great short stay hotel. The unlimited complimentary water bottles was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety and tasted delicious. Our room was clean and had Chicago charm. A negative was when we were there, the elevator was out of order one day. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!

The furniture and the refrigerator needed to be replaced. I took pictures! I complained but was told that it was nothing that they could do because I booked the reservation through a third party. $264.00 is what I paid and I had family members with me. Very disappointed. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great. My only problem is that the furniture in the room has not been replaced in over 3-4 years. The couch was sunk in in the middle and the chairs for the table were peeling. I also noticed there were spots on the wall that needed painted. It looked as if the walls had been patched up. Other wise the room was nice. I wouldn’t say the current pricing matched the quality.

A girls weekend trip in Chicago was excellent due to the hotels location and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and always. The staff was refilling what was necessary. We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city. The free breakfast had a variety of yummy items to chose from and a great coffee area available 24 hours a day. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was located close to everything we were interested in walking to. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. Close to the Loop, a variety of restaurants, RiverWalk and access to the lake and all it's parks and Navy Pier. The hotel is well set up for families.

Took the family to a weekend trip to catch two Chicago Bulls games. The front desk staff was the most courteous and nicest staff that I've ever interacted with in all my hotel stays. They were nice beyond words and just because of that I'd go back. The breakfast was good, but there was a lack of variety each day... they need to invest in a waffle maker. Also the breakfast area was small and cramped. We had a family of 5 and we had to borrow seats from other tables. The room was great, but with two (2) issues, the (1) minor issue was that we could not tilt the TV mount so that we could watch from our bed and the (1) MAJOR issue was that the window was separated into two and the bottom part you could open and the space was just enough for a toddler to fit through and fall out - this is a huge safety concern that should be remediated ASAP.

Big spacious room with complete kitchen. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurants and CVS pharmacy nearby. Decent selection of foods on breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Riverwalk and the Millennium Park. Parking garage is great but it is $55/ day extra.

My wife and I stayed here for a trip to Chicago and were very pleased. Food options around the area were great, and it’s easy access to the train lines. The weather was great while we were in town, so we actually walked a lot too. The included breakfast was good each morning, and CHANGED each morning. It also feels very safe, because you cannot access the rooms unless you have a room key to use the elevator. My ONLY complaint is that they wanted me to pay $25 to check in early, even though there were clean rooms available. I had a schedule change, and needed to check in at around 11:30. I didn’t want to pay the $25, so they stowed my bags until 4pm. We found things to do, but it would be really nice to check in, especially when that is AFTER checkout time. I’d have understood if I was trying to check in before 9am or so. But I would absolutely stay here again.
