Wonderful location! Amazing staff! Very clean rooms! Touch button temperature and lighting! Amazing bathroom, shower and jacuzzi. I will visit Chicago for this hotel again.

We had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we had an upgrade to the room which was immaculate. The service by all the international staff was impecable. As a VIp member of Expedia they gave us complimentary breakfast and it was way more than we had expected . All our requests were granted . We loved the technology in our room and we had an amazing experience in this hotel.

Peninsula Chicago is outstanding in every way. Service and cleanliness are superb. Food is terrific. I travel a lot. This is my favorite hotel in the US.

Amazing stay

Wonderful hotel. The staff and accommodations were incredible. We also ate at the restaurant which was delicious. Highly recommended

We were very lucky to get a very reasonable rate for a room @ the Peninsula in Chicago (January 20, 2018) When we got there, not only did they checked us in early but provided an upgrade. The was spacious and the bathroom had a shower, a bath and a separate space for the toilet. Everything is electronically managed by a galaxy pad. It is very quiet. Could not here people in the halls or next door TV. We loved it

I left my passport by mistake in the room and they took care of it immediately. Security was very attentive and followed up on me. Thank you!!!

Great hotel! Had everything we wanted—lovely rooms, great service when we checked in. Lobby was beautiful.

Perfect getaway spot.

In room dining, as served by Whitney, was excellent, and the in room massage by Santhana was phenomenal. The suite, of course, was beautifully appointed.

Best hotel in Chicago

Pros: location, rooms, amenities, fitness area, Lobby restaurant, beds
Cons: I wish I could better regulate the temperature in the rooms. I feel like I am either hot or cold.
Location: Great location for shopping and dining, and just a short walk to theaters.
The Peninsula is by far the best luxury hotel in Chicago. The only negative is that I have to leave. While the price point is high, it is worth every penny.
