Excellent stay but spa is expensive.
This resort is amazing, it's from royal orchid group so quality is not an issue here. Food is awesome. Spa is expensive compared similar resort available nearby.

The property is good but when it comes to the rooms they’re very gloomy and it becomes quite difficult to sit for a long time. The service is very poor, one has to wait for a long time to get their order. Amenities could be better. Windows don’t lock properly. They can be open from the outside with a slight push, so lacks security. Buffet is a terrible. Ordering of the menu is a slightly better option. The overall experience would be very disappointing.

They can make their hot water access a bit better. I had to call reception everytime I took a shower.

The service at the restaurant was atrocious as I was asked if my meal was included. I mean I paid 16,000/- in advance and instead of checking for the same I was asked for this question. I went to bead without having dinner bcos of someone who has to be thought to speak to customers and about customer service.

going back to the lack of hot water, they bring a bucket of HOT water and a jug, so hot you then have to mix it with cold, so if you expect bucket baths from hotel great , but really they had all the excuses ready why they couldn't turn the wage up to pacify the customer, restaurant was a bit of a mix, they couldn't do a meal for 1 person, had to be 2. The laundry service was only if you stayed for longer, as it took 2 days to complete. Massage was quite good though and value for money

Overall experience was good. Food could have been better, a little more variety was expected. Leaky bathroom fittings were an irritant. Mattresses and pillows are way too soft and tend to give you a backache every morning. It just poured and poured during the duration of our stay and we couldn't avail of any facilities at the property, so wouldn't be right to comment.

Nice property with excellent amenities.
Nice property with good amenities. Cordial and polite staff. A bit on the pricey side. Dinner should be included in hotel package. Quality of food to improve. Also arrangement for transport pickup and drop could be more punctual All in all a good experience, however

Small rooms and overpriced
1) Rooms were rather small for the price being charged, 2) Food was ok, not great, 3) Activity room was not maintained properly- TT Table slanted, chess pieces missing, 4) Facilities such as jacuzzi not available- Overall not a great deal for the price being charged.

food and hotel's room pricing model.
food was just ok, and the spread was less. remember one thing folks, this hotels charges 1k for the second person. e.g. if room charge is inr 5000 it is only for the first person(you) in the room, and you will have to pay another inr 1k for your wife/gf etc i.e. inr 6k per night.
