Awful hotel- runaway
Run away from this hotel if you are looking for a decent place. Terrible customer service. Old amenities. Dirty and overused towels and bed sheets. No internet in the room, only in the lobby. Food is awful, no quality at all. Customer service is awful, you will degrade if you ask for something. Run away

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel, AC not working and dirty rooms. Dirty hallways and very limited and poor food options. We had to cut our stay short and left before the end of our reservation. They have a sister Hotel in Tunis the Capital and this one is very disappointing. They didn't give any refund even though i complained to the front desk several times. They don't answer the phones, Expedia customer service called them many times and no one responded. This Hotel is in Reality worth 1 Star.

Hotel very crowded. Staff doing their best. AC not working well in the rooms. Food poor and not sufficient for all the customors. Staff at the reception overloaded and having big problems to manage the load of people.

J’ai eu un court séjour mais c’était une expérience géniale et magnifique : Propreté, chambre spacieuse, pied dans l'eau et Le restaurant est au top. The worst hotel I ever stayed in Take the advice of a regular traveler and hotels reviewer this hotel is the worst Smelly rooms horrible view All staff members are angry all the time No respect to any one I witnessed more than one customer angry and yeling I want managers to explain wht the smelly rooms are available for Tunisians only Isnt that a sort of descrimination By the way quiality of food is zero Really a horrible experience for me and my family. Facility stuck in the past. Smelly rooms. Twin beds instead of queen size bed. Uncomfortable. Food is good. Staff great and activities offered are awesome. Check in and reception is a chaos. No TV or internet in the rooms or by the pool area. Beach is adequate.

Outstanding "all inclusive" option.
Overall good stay, reception staff poorly helpful, mostly the wicked young receptionist girl. Stiff and demanding. The beach staff were very helful and kind, the restauration personnel were scarce and overwelmed by work, the terrible staff Afif should be warned always complaining and lasy. The option of all inclusive is really suitable and made our stay plausible. The facility condition is weared and decayed.... Overall I recommend people to stay at AlMouradi Hotel with more efforts to renovate its facilities.

Super Off-season Bargain
El Mouradi was a wonderful getaway. We stayed off-season and it was a very good bargain - luxury for very little. Full amenities include several restaurants, a bar, animation activities, pool, beach, recreation, even a disco.

Hey everybody! I was in this hotel this march whit my girlfriend.This hotel is NOT 5 starts!!! Lobby is OK ,but other things is under 3 stars by my understanding.All personal is not talking English,they are lazy and very slow!Food in restaurant was not enough and was the same all 5 days.This hotel shut be OK only for 65 very old people!Price is OK,,let say cheap ,but for this quality.....well ,I`m not sure. The position of the hotel is OK,20 m.to the beach,outside view is great!Beach is nice,but there is some stupid people all the time want to sale some shits! I`ll never come back in this hotel also in Tunisia !

Hotel correct mais, les equipements des chambres ont besoin d'être renovées ( robineterie corrodée. Wc mal fixee avec fuite. Pour la nourriture rien a dire tout est bien préparé. Il y a quand meme des clients qui abusent et laissent parfois jusqu'à 50% de nourriture non consommée sur les tables. Piscine et entretien impeccable. Pour ce qui est de la plage, avoir un transat est un miracle car, les clients reservent avec leur serviette dès 4h00 du matin. Sachant que parfois ils ne viennent pas a la plage. Le personnel de l'hotel est attentif et respectueux.
