We always want our guests to have the best possible service And just at the moment in wich you told us that your air con wasnt working , we port lu dealed with it. the Technician went to your room And checked it. He closed the door Opened of your balcony , closed the cortins, And verified that the temperature of you air con was 21 degrees, he Left a Message sainz the air con worked at the right temperature. About the corridor And the lift , Both Dont have air con And perhaps the feeling was not the MOST confortable And we apologies for that.
