Easy Access

I stayed here for one night with my partner. No complaints. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was up to standard. Indoor pool, although quite small, was a nice amenity. Easy to jump on and off Route 17.

Easy check in, nice gym, small pool, basic free breakfast offering a different hot option every day.

Not bad

Entrance a bit confusing. The street sign is not clear. We stay during Thanksgiving day and afterwards. Buffet is standard. Need more staff in getting food supplies(only one) in a busy day). Room was comfortable.

Terrible front desk

1. Even though I paid to Expedia already, they charged me again. I was so angry at finding double charges in my credit card. 2. I reserved 2 rooms. they gave me one room on 2nd floor another room on 3rd floor. Feel so bad!

Pleasant hotel

Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Good location
Cons: It is shocking and environmentally unacceptable that in 2017 this hotel uses plastic disposable cutlery and crockery. This needs to change.
Pleasant and functional and a nice hotel to stay in if one has business in that area

nice hotel

Pros: clean, modern, comfortable, reasonable, convenient, staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: breakfast buffet wasn't so great,it was more like a continental. The pool! get the screaming kids out earlier so the adults can enjoy it for a little.
Location: renaissance faire
this was a nice and clean hotel, but I was disappointed with the amenities and the and room situation. Orbitz said adjoining rooms were available with suites, the hotel said they don't have those. The breakfast buffet was also a bit of an overstatement, not much to choose from at all. Lastly, the pool is open until 10, and there's young kids yelling and screaming in there right up until the pool closes. I stayed here with my wife and two other adult couples and we could not enjoy the pool at all, not even for 5 mins, the yelling and screaming was non stop. Young children should not be allowed in after a certain time so the adults can relax a bit.

They need to put real motorized fans in the bathrooms! When we inquired at the front desk we were told there are fans that come on automatically when the humidity reaches a certain level. When our bathroom steamed up after a shower--we heard no fan coming on--and the bathroom remained steamed up. Besides, in a relatively small area such as a hotel room, a fan is needed for more than just humidity, right? I don't need to go into details. All in all though, the stay was fine--good breakfasts too.
