Rte 17 hotel needs updating, badly. Everything,,

Pros: The TV in the room. The rooms also have a little refrigerator and a microwave.
Cons: The entire interior is worn out.
Location: The location is excellent, with restaurants and stores on both sides of Rte 17.
We asked for a 1st floor room because of a handicap and there is no elevator. We were told there were not any 1st floor rooms available. The gentleman at the desk said we would have to pay more because 1st floor rooms have a jacuzzi. I said no one would use those old things and they are filthy. The jets are black with mold and mildew. I then said something about this hotel not being able to accommodate anyone with a handicap. A room on the 1st floor then became available. The woman who checked us in last week was very professional compared to this person.

Very bad experience at this hotel

First when I arrived at the hotel with my wife about 10 o'clock in the evening after ariving from the airport from a long trip, no one was at the desk I rang the bell i called into the hotels phone line no one answered after 10 min someone showed up and says sorry was out for a few minutes, then they gave me my room number on second floor when arriving to second floor a terrible dusty smell in the hallway, looking on the doors looks like renovations is being done (without any signs or notifications) then I go to the room I got the door was full of dust and the door wouldn't open the receptionist came up tried with keys to bang open the door they couldn't either then they said they can't give me another room because I didn't make reservations through the hotel so I ask them please call Expedia I can't sleep outside on the street and I paid for the hotel they finally called and they gave me another room on the first floor stinky room door of room half open even the door is locked paint scraped off, linen red color which looked like nail Polish TV not working right and much more duct tape on the closest I guess to hold it together it shouldn't fall apart and much more, we didn't sleep comfortable from the smell and noise from other room whirpool bath working and I couldn't even go look for another hotel in middle night, and eight in the morning we woke up from the noise of working for renovation, the experience was very shocking and bad

Disappointed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Completely run down
Location: Good location for my needs
They were remodeling several rooms next to mine. Very noisy and uncomfortable. Never will I stay there again

Cold water only

No hot shower. Rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Spent 3 nights and had no improvement

Nice Place to stat. Good value

amazing comfort!! the bed was so comfortable!! Staff very friendly and accommodating, Biggie's restaurant was a nice place food ok prices could of been a little better, over all a great place to stay!

Hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants

Cons: Attention to cleaning and ensuring rooms are refreshed daily
Location: Not sure, many restaurants nearby
Spent several nights, good location for dining out and close o our venue for trip. Housekeeping failed to make up room 1 night.
