“Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful……

“The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. “Stayed here as needed to stay in or around Weymouth. Quite frankly, the fee paid for the room was poor value. The hotel was clean, but dated. The rooms need renewing. That said, all the hotels in Weymouth were extremely expensive so it wasn’t anymore than any of the others, which is why I ended up staying here anyway… not sure if there was an event or something in the area at that time pushing up prices…”

“Das gute zuerst: der Strand ist direkt über die Straße zu erreichen und wir hatten das Glück, einen Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig) direkt vor der Tür zu bekommen. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im DG zugewiesen, zu welchem wir trotz Aufzug noch eine enge Treppe hinauf mussten. Es war dort betörend heiß, es gab keinen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage, die Fenster konnten waren nur kleinen Spalt hochgeschoben und konnten nicht bewegt werden, da sie defekt waren.”
