Very clean and modernPosted Oct 12, 2017
Lovely place to stay. 'Free' WiFi for a double room allowed one person to use and the area had no signal Very busy with people coming and going.

Good hotel plenty of parking.Posted Oct 7, 2017
Good hotel, has restaurant which was very busy on the Sunday Eve. But had bar next door which did good food. Rooms were good size with lovely bathroom. Starbucks in main foyer. Easy to get around if disabled.

Our trip was about visiting the place where our ancestors came from. Maidstone Village provided a central base from which to explore. Also it provided us with a quiet place to rest.

DisappointingPosted Sep 10, 2017
Bathroom not clean , second day towel left on bedroom floor dirty cup left on bedside cabinet , toilet roll not replaced . Seating in pub and restaurant really badly stained so much so in the bar some I wouldn't sit on almost looked like iron stains ., . Low standard food in the pub . Breakfast was ok . Told them my complaints at reception all they said was I will pass it on .

Good but could be betterPosted Sep 3, 2017
Was in the same room as I was when I have stayed before. Last room at the end of the corridor next to a fire exit. Room was very cold, radiator made no difference, insects was coming under the fire exit door into my room. And Shower was cold both times I have stayed in this hotel, would stay again as the rooms are comfortable but hopefully not this room again

We had a lovely stay. Great facilities all under one roof. Rooms could benefit from air conditioning.

Great rooms, but a little away from the city. Bed was comfy and the shower is massive.
