Great Value Stay
The room was great and in a walkable spot to downtown without the crazy hussle and bustle of downtown mendoza. Draw back is the floor clean product had a weird pee smell. But I guess I knew when it was cleaned. So bonus. Big plus, the front desk had a power convertor. CLUTCH. Also laundry mat is one block away. Super cheap and really good. They did the laundry for you. Bless

Noisy neighbours
The main issue was other people sitting outside our appartment talking very loudly. Asked them to keep the noise down at 11pm. Tbey did go into the adjacent appartment but turned up the music. Appartments aren't manned after 9 and there are notices asking people to be quiet after 9. Guy at the desk when we checked in was helpful. Underground carpark is useful as parking on roadside can be hazardous.

Estimado, siempre al momento del checkin explicamos que estamos disponibles las 24 horas para cualquier ayuda que necesite. Sólo tenía que avisarnos y hubieramos hecho hacer silencio a sus vecinos. Por eso están indicado mi número de whatsapp con la leyenda "24 horas", para informarnos y poder solucionar inmediatamente. Nosotros alentamos de muchas maneras a que nos digan cualquier inconveniente porque queremos que los huéspedes están cómodos durante la estadía siempre, es nuestra prioridad. Un aviso suyo en ese momento hubiera sido suficiente para solucionar y silenciar a sus vecinos ruidosos. Nosotros nos hubieramos encargado que mantengan silencio, Cordiales saludos.

This place was a great spot for me to stay when I was traveling solo and also had to work. The wifi was perfect, the apartment was exactly what I needed and the managers were friendly. It's walkable to the downtown area too!

Sparkling clean apartment and great service
I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Great location, facilities & customer service
We were welcomed warmly and given a good overview of the facilities in our apartment. The apartment was a good size, had great facilities and was conveniently located for walking to the main central areas. It was also an easy walk from the bus terminal, even with bags. There is only a toaster oven but on request a microwave was cheerfully provided. The fridge has a small freezer section. The team of Claudia, Francisco and Sergio provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to stay. One tip: if you are planning to pay with credit card at the nearby Atomo supermarket you will need your passport or other ID.

The apartment was clean and modern and was within walking distance to many great restaurants. The entire staff was very accomodating. Claudia made great recommemdations on restaurants and wine tours. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely return ☺

Everything was great. My only suggestion would be for a tub mat. I almost slipped a couple of times. Then I put a towel inside the tub and that helped. Will definitely return.

Enjoyed our trip but the location of the apt was a little disappointing. Streets are a death trap with huge holes in grates, open ditches to fall into. Generally not safe.

We got off to a rocky start due to an overly officious person at the reception desk; the check-in process took a long time and we were assigned an apartment that was rather noisy and claustrophobic; a power outage temporarily left the building without water. We complained and were offered a more spacious apartment the following day, which was fine. Free parking is offered, but after booking I received an email to the effect that parking had to be reserved and that only compact cars were permitted. This should be made clear before booking because the underground parking lot is very small and paying for an external parking implies an additional expense for guests. The reception desk is only open from 8:00 am through 21:00 pm and was closed completely on new year's day, which is far from positive. Telephone numbers are available to contact staff in the event of problems, but we were told that only one of them worked.

Thanks Kieran for your detailed review, we are very concerned and sad for your words and had a special meeting to find out why your experience was so different to guest we normally receive. We always try our best in order to fullfill guest expectations. Our rates are far from top class hotels, and sometimes they are as cheap as hostels. Our checkin process is only filling a form with name, telephone, adress, email and name of your partner while we copy your passports, it should take 5 minutes. We apologize if took more than that. Expedia shows the apartament you choose as 30 m2, and actually is bigger, 35m2 with 8m2 of glass windows to the front and back. For Argentinian standards is quite good but as we wanted you to be very happy with us , we upgraded for free to a 50m2 appartament. The private parking, as is detailed in Expedia, is limited ( 400m2 underground for 11 cars ). You parked in our underground and did not pay any additional expense, however if you had asked to us or other guest how we manage bigger cars you would realize that actually we pay for the external parking space. January the 1st was the only day employees enjoyed to spend with their families, and we all were working sunday Decemer 31st, yet we were available for any emergency at the phone wich was not necesary to be used for any guest. May be we sholud change our description to make it even more clear: we offer low prices acomodation in furnished apartments, free cleaning, free parking, free wifi, free turistic information, in a very central location in Mendoza City. We are still very sad to know we have not fullfill your expectations even when we always do our best for our guest, and try really hard but centainly we are lacked in resourses of every kind to be as good as top range hotels. Nice apartment close to town centre
We initially chose this apartment because we were arriving from Buenos Aires and it was close to the bus station (it's an easy 10 minute walk). While it doesn't look much from the street, inside is a very nice and well appointed apartment. Claudia at reception speaks great English and was very helpful when had an issue with a tour we had arranged.

New modern hotel!
Overall we thought the hotel was great! It's new and modern and the room is super efficiently designed. There is a dining table and a kitchen with basic amenities. We wished it had a few more spoons and forks (3 of each) and there was no proper chopping knife so cooking ability is limited. It's great that they have check in at 12pm because we got into town at 9.30am so we didn't have to wait all day to check into our place. While we got a lot of great info about what to do for the short time we were in Mendoza, checking in Thursday and leaving Saturday early morning, the staff regretted to tell us that the Friday was a holiday and thus most places are closed! Had we known we would have organized our schedule a little differently. We got unlucky with the holiday though so I woul definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Nice Hotel close to the Europeanesque city!
Loved our stay. We were wowed by the American Standard Comfort and within walking distance to the main Sqaure and all the outdoor cafes and restaurants ! A great value!

Excellent choice for extended stay.
We stayed for almost a month with my husband and son. The place is excellent, very clean, staff is professional and courteous. They were always available for any questions and recommendations. We rented a car for 2 weeks, and the parking lot was very convenient and super space. Everything is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was a great deal for our extended stay. Modern and safe building. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in future travels. The only recommendation to the management would be to add an extra dresser for more storage space for clothing, as in our case, we stayed for almost a month and had a lot of clothes.

Great apartment near the centre of Mendoza
Lovely stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff throughout the stay. Close to bus terminal and about 10 minutes walk to the main square. Large amount of cable channel, 50% in English! Could just do with a bit more kitchen equipment but we managed.

We were staying in Mendoza while we visited our daughter and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for us; also it was close to the city plazas for all our walking. The manager and desk help were very helpful and friendly.We thought the rate was very reasonable for what you receive.

Apartmentos Mendoza Premium is an easy walk to the main square -- about 10 minutes. The unit was clean, and the staff at check in was very friendly and helpful if you want to book any tours or excursions. People with mobility issues may have a problem, because there are about four or five steps to get to the elevator that takes you to the rooms. The reception desk is also part of what appears to be a store for fixtures -- doors and windows -- and is not staffed 24 hours. They have a key drop box and a free phone to use to call for a taxi, but that can be difficult if you have an early flight and don't speak Spanish. But the unit was great for my purposes, and it was easy to get around the city.

Pros: Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked including the AC, TV. Comfortable bed. Great WiFi. Very secure. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Good location just about four blocks from one of the main streets in the area. Friendly and helpful front desk. Cons: It's close to the center of town so if you have a window that faces the street it can be loud. Not really a problem with the hotel, noisy streets are what you find in city centers, but if it's an issue for you you might want to request a room that doesn't overlook the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Next time I'm in Mendoza this is the first place I'll look.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very large and clean. The kitchen was great and the A/C was wonderful, and don't forget about the garage under the building. We couldn't have asked for more. It is very close to the center as well as main roadways for going out of the city. On our next family visit we hope to find place here.

Fui con mi familia (4 personas), y desde que llegamos Ariel en recepcion como Sergio por telefono, fueron muy amables en hacernos sentir como en casa. Ariel, nos mostro todo lo relacionado con el apartamento y ambos nos dieron buenos datos. El apartamento es muy comodo y sobretodo muy limpio, que estuvimos muy a gusto, a pesar de estar casi todo el tiempo fuera. Tambien cabe destacar que es muy tranquilo sin mucho ruido. Esta muy bien ubicado, que estando en el centro nunca usamos el auto sino todo a pie y cuando necesitamos tomamos taxi. Recomiendo a ojos cerrado el apartamento y sin duda volveria ahi. muchas gracias por todo

Una estadía muy placentera, desde que llegamos nos explicaron todo el equipamiento el cual es muy completo y los ambientes muy amplios, somos una familia de 5 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Todo está limpio y ordenado, el lugar está muy céntrico para los traslados. Estuvimos muy complacidos en nuestra estancia.
