returning Fairmont guest.

We are returning guest so we like this hotel. However when we were transferring from Fairmont to Raffles next door, because we checked out later for timing of our Raffles check in, our keys all of a sudden stopped working. I found that strange and not right since we had all our things inside and in the safe. They knew we're staying till ourRaffles room was ready yet their reason was the system automatically locks it? Never heard of that nor does anything lock itself without someone actually dismagnetising it. I didn't like that.

The room which is given to was for disabled persons. Unfortunate I could not even keep my shaving razor and cream or my toothpaste their wa's no enough space at washing room to keep these

Close to shops!!

Everything else are fantastic!!,staff are friendly..we felt secured because of strict security...room we stayed is amasing...it’s so sad because we didn’t enjoy the rest of facilities due to time constraint...

Fantastic Hote!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located close to a very nice mall.
I was very impressed with the service and amenities. From the valet service from the airport to the delicious breakfast, service was impeccable and the staff were very courteous and receptive. Will definitely make this my go to hotel when in Manila or just as a layover to other destinations.

Excellent hotel. Very luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also excellent, very polite and cheerful.

Wonderful hotel with a welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect location to shopping and restaurants. The spa and fitness center are very nice.

Had great experience was very clean and very welcoming stuff. Breakfast was awesome so many varieties of food . Overall was great . Thank you all for your hospitality during our stay .

Excellent staff, spa, but the room is fair.

Location: My favorite place to go to was the Ayala Museum since I was interested in exploring Filipino culture/history.
I spent 3 nights at the Fairmont and in the beginning I already experienced some functionality issues in the Fairmont room. Apparently there was an issue with the electric fuse and not all my lamps were working. This was resolved the next day but could have been dealt with if a thorough check was done in the room prior to assigning it. Additionally, since I had been staying across Manila in other 5 star hotels, their standard king bed felt short width wise, and I am using my 5'6" height as a reference. I was told by reception & house keeping it is standard that they put two Hollywood twin beds together to form the King. Fortunately, I stayed alone so the room was just okay for one. On a more positive note -- I enjoyed my traditional Hilot massage at the Willow Spa. The staff in the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. I also felt safe returning to the hotel as there is a security gate. Additionally, they did not send me through a scanner, which was done at The Manila Hotel. The location of The Fairmont is walking distance to many attractions --Ayala Museum, Greenbelt Mall, Glorietta, etc. I was able to take a car to BGC at night and get there in under 30 minutes (no traffic) and visit friends by Rockwell. The pool was also beautiful to swim in at night as it is lit and the color of the water looks like a sky blue. In summary, I would recommend the Fairmont if you are looking for a modern hotel to stay in. What gives it the 5* luxury feel is the staff and cleanliness.

Excellent customer service from long before stay right through after check out. Minor issues are immediately remediated. Facilities such as gym, pool and spa are great.
