Well maintained hotel. Walking distance to mall.

3rd floor parking with very sharp curves is the only thing uncomfortable about the experience otherwise everything is okay.

Good hotel - staff not so great

Pros: Dave - Front man, concierge ; friendly and welcoming
Cons: Weekend staff
Location: Near Greenbelt 1 entrance, 10-15 mins walk to Glorietta, Landmark & SM Mall (but easier to cut through Greenbelt)
Initial entry in the hotel - great lobby and the front desk & concierge were very hospitable. The room was great - had exactly what we wanted but we did have problems with the TV. We stayed a week, front desk, concierge & cleaning staff continued to be friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was limited - it would be good to have a more varied selection for the buffet, although you can order a breakfast meal from the set menu. The restaurant staff however were very rude esp. the weekend staff. The orders were slow to arrive and we were charged for a service that we had already paid for. We did not enjoy the mornings there!! The second last night was a bit worrying as when we arrived back at the room - our door was opened and the TV was on. We disregarded the situation as nothing was lost but be warned. Overall it was fine - Dave at the front always had a smile on his face when he welcomed us back. Shame we did not get to say farewell.

Great hotel

Two blocks from very nice, large shopping center with an abundance of good resturants. Staff was exceptional.

Equivalent of a 5 star Hotel

We love the Sommerset Millenium. Staff are friendly and nice.. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Greenbelt is just 2 blocks away and it made our stay even better! We've always stayed at this hotel every time we come to the Philippines since 2010. We always get the 2 bedroom and it is cozy!

Convenient location, huge and comfortable rooms

Huge and comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Greenbelt shopping centers, all the restaurants and well connected to Landmarks and SM mall. Very quiet surrounding and away from the main road. Good selections of breakfast and taste. Will come back again.

Relatively small clean and comfortable hotel in makati near green belt. Staff are super helpful. Rooms newly renovated.

Has not earned the name Ascott

Pros: bathroom, elevator , aircon ect ...
Cons: to much for a Ascott Hotel !!
Location: great Location
the size are ok ......but just one elevator ........breakfast a disaster .......The breakfast buffet did not deserve the name....terrible !!! By the shower you have to wait first 3 min.until getting warm ....4 Star ???? ......one of the keycard after 20 min out of order ........3 remote controls ......for the the GM ...go to the BGC Ascott and learn something ..please !!

Great Stay

It was a great stay in general except for the breakfast dining experience. Food and Service was not up to par with the 4 star hotel.

Cheese - finally best in Asia :)

Lovley stay, can see hotel is is not brand new - some corners need a little face lift. Coming from China I found the breakfast table wonderful with the French Cheese oh dear.Lovley !!, Pool is greate to have a swim in and perfect in all, to find the adress in a taxi is really really difficult it is so many one way streets there. Best is to jump off at the Syp Washington park and take a 3 min stroll - all other ways is half an hour longer with an stressed taxidriver (they are abnoxsious as many place). Best is DiDi/Uber drivers they have at least an idea where they drive.
