It's a grand hotel with a gorgeous lobby.
But confused workers and poor service. Many mistakes. Must remind or instruct the workers.
Example, I booked on Expedia and paid. It takes 5-10 minutes to check in, and then the check in clerk asks me to pay for the room. They are not even trained enough to understand a fully paid reservation. Then the supervisor needs to come to fix. This is something very simple at check in.
No taxis or help, so if you are not a weathly local, it is a headache.
