Airport shuttle did not show up

The first impression wasn't great since the airport shuttle did not show up, in spite of the fact that I called at least three times to confirm. This was made worse by the fact that I arrived late, around 11pm. checking in took way too long because they couldn't find the reservations and the person responsible for online reservation wasn't on duty. I was finally given a room with no toiletries and had to request another room. The hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit old. The wifi is spotty and the phone doesn't work well. I had to go to the reception to order room service. It is advertised as a luxury hotel but the quality of service doesn't follow suit.

Happy Return - Almost

Second time I have stayed at the President. First was eight years ago when it first opened. As hotels in EG go it's amongst the best. Let down by the food and business centre somewhat. Breakfast, lunch and bar meals are fine but dinner menu needs improvement. Printer in business centre could be better.

Pros: Location and ambiance.
Cons: Service
Location: Centrally located in a historical area
This hotel is not worth the premium rate. Staff are friendly but the service is unreliable.

Excellentes , un point négatif au niveau de la restauration: le personnel ne connait pas la carte, et s'est trompé 2 fois sur le choix de menu sans comprendre pourquoi, et le service est trop long.
