I had problem with room key card. We couldn’t access the room on our own, everytime we wanted to get in to the room, we need to ask the counter to open the door for us using the master key, VERY INCONVENIENT, but the friendly staff made up for the whole stay. Please advice the hotel not to sell such rooms, very troublesome to customers.
