"This hotel was in a very prime location for the town. Safe and secure parking garage that you can come and go as you please. Very clean. Friendly staff! Helped with any questions I had. In the bathroom there is a wall place that says if you hang your towels, they won’t wash them. I didn’t mind reusing my towels, so I hung them each day. But everyday when I returned to my room, they had cleaned and replaced all towels. I even made my bed each morning and they would remake it.. I’m a very clean and tidy person and they went above and beyond even when I wasn’t trying to have everything replaced. They exceed my expectations. "

"We booked because it was so hot out and the hotel has huge, great pool with a partial roof. BUT- beware- they CLoSE pool for 2 hours 1 to 3!! Just when u want to swim! To Americans this is kinda crazy! To the Europeans , they were ok with it - they go to the beach with a million chairs 10 deep. Another kind of crazy - if ypu book on any website beside their website ( and how would i even know about this hotel) You Can't PARK in their lot. We oaud over $180 and were told "oh no parking for you." So we extended our stay due to lovely pool (Which closes in main part of day!) And booked with hotel direct to get parking. This all is normal to Europeans it seems. I was quite annoyed that even when i paid more because i booked on hotels.com i couldnt get a parking spot! Insane.but thats how they do it ! it's a nice hotel near beach. They also have bikes to use."

"I had been this place for 2 nights. Stayed on the 5th and 4th floors. Due to intensive bakery cooking smell in the morning, i had to ask change my room which they did immediately. Similar stuation is available on the 4th floor too. Elevetor also neeeds urgent maintennance. Those problems are reported to front desk.additionaly renovation is on going some part of the hotel. Rooms facing to rail road are too noisy due to speed train. And sooo on. I suggest to hotel manager start cleaning or replacing carpet in the elevator first which is in dirt and breakfast utensils were not cleaned very well. Cups on the rooms are partialy broken. Doors etc. Health amd safety and hygine issues. Typical moderate italian breakfast equal for the 2 star hotels."
