Discussions involving the respective team members and management have taken place to review your comments, and we would like to assure you that all of your concerns will be addressed and attended to. All rooms reserved for new arrivals are, per standard, double checked by our head of housekeeper as well as per a technician to ensure that everything is functional and spotless for our guests. Parking, safes and late check out are services with an extra charge, as stated on our web page as well as Expedia. We apologise if you were not informed about this during booking or check in process. Regarding the pools, we are sorry to hear that you missed the indoor pool which, as you say, was removed some years ago. Also, one of our pools was closed due to winter weather. However we have two other pools available for all our guests that would like to use them. Again, we are sorry to hear that we didn't fulfil your expectations on this occasion.
