The hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and cleaning. They had everything one would need on a holiday. Only slight criticism is the hot tub was not hot enough. We asked at the guest Servcies to turn it up which they did but even then it was like warm at best. I guess for some people that would be fine but for us it was a bit disappointing. Other than that I can’t fault anything else.

Parking was terrible, Thursday 11th there were no spaces at all had to park on the road where i received a cheeky note on my window. Also when i booked i was to get a sea view where i got 2 big trees blocking any view.

Lovely resort for the family. Very hilly but there is a local train that can pick you up every hour to take you about. It’s a fun resort train. Very clean and friendly staff. Super helpful reception too. It’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of fuengirola but the first 5-10 mins are by the road and you need to cross over the bridge. Once on the other side it’s a lovely walk along the promenade. We had a superior 2 bed apartment with seaview but was a little disappointed. Pictures shown on website don’t show those with two floors, which we had, and was quite small. We had a child so stairs wasn’t ideal. Doesn’t mention two floors anywhere in description. Seaview was minimal if you squinted you’d see it type view. Overall, I would go back but I’d see the apartment before I accept it next time.

Very nice stay and good value for money. Our kids enjoyed the kids clubs which is included in price. Some very good places to eat such as Zacs, which had tasty food and daily happy hour. Also pizza takeaway very nice too and small arcade near by. Only 10 minute walk to beach.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year periods. The big plus is the heated outdoor pool, which is surprisingly warm enough for Malaga weather. The miniclub is also a plus, very well organised and kids love it. The apartment is very dated with old furniture, but overall are acceptable. The location is more suitable for someone who is driving. Not a problem for us as we got hire car. Fuengirola has plenty of options for foods and shopping, seems like more options compare to Benalmadena.

As a family we enjoyed staying 6 nights ..The only disappointment was, NO room service (no fresh towels no fresh linens , no toilet papers …. Etc)!!! After calling the Ramada , they suggested to use the washing machine to wash the provided towels & linens

There is a huge difference between the types of rooms, avoid the first tier cheaper rooms as on our third and last night we were downgraded due to unavailability of a another Junior suite and needless to say it was a huge disappointment.

We had a great 2-bedroom unit overlooking the sea. Beds/pillows were excellent, modern appliances, ample closet/drawer space and great A/C. Not quiet due to the A-7 being just below us and there was no microwave or laundry drying rack but for 8 days it didn’t matter. We would stay there again for sure!

Worst holiday stay
The hotel is very run down, smells of fungus, cockroaches run around, the beds are very uncomfortable, everything is old and scratched. We changed rooms 3 times because it was impossible to stay there. 4 burner cooker of which only one burner worked. The pools were old. The water smelled very chlorine. Very unsuccessful stay, I do not recommend it to anyone

We loved almost everything about this resort except for the change in service at Zac's. We ate at Zac's three times in three days. We were waited on by a very nice gentleman the first night. The service was good and the food was good. WE also had breakfast there and that was fine too. The last time we went, was for lunch. For this lunch there were two black people also trying to have lunch. After they were seated they were not waited on. We watched other people get seated and get waited on right away. After 20 minutes the black woman raises her hand and asks for service, at this point people are clearing out of the restaurant. The waitress tells her she'll be right there, and then proceeds to go have two conversations with other employees, still not taking this woman and her son's order. This looks very bad from another customer's point of view. The day was June 15th (lunch shift). There were only two women working that shift. Perhaps you could ask them to pay more attention to serving people in the order in which they came in. Because this looks like inequality at it's best.

Resort is nice but has many negatives
Before booking, don’t get me wrong the resort is lovely but this isn’t a place for a young family. Restaurant (safari) too far away from apartment. Other pool restaurants only open when they feel like. It’s 20/30 mins walk from the main strip. Taxis where like rocking horse poop when really needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. Nowhere local to eat unless you pay through the roof. Not all facilities advertised are there. No free child activities, no mini golf. Breakfast was limited to a continental one. Kids were starved every morning leaving. Images on the website aren’t the pool area’s available to us. Overall I wouldn’t return. The resort needs to brush up on needs for families. Checkout is too early! 10am checkout with our flight at 23:45. Requested I pay for the room for the extra day but was told no. I was able to book an extra night via the app if I wanted though. Overall! I wasn’t happy with the holiday.
