Great view, but ...

Very noisy at night when windy as patio doors didn't shut properly. Everything else as expected for a budget hotel.

Very nice hotel upgraded us to front sea view from the orginally booked partial sea view, cleaner was very nice hotel staff in general were very polite! Very efficient service from the main desk! Would love to go again Hubby loved this hotel!!!!

Great Location

Pros: Staff friendly Free WiFi in the rooms Basic but clean
Cons: Looking a little tired in place so could do with some improvments
Location: Sea front access via steps The marina and from there a lovely walk right into Torremolinos. Paloma Park has rabbits chickens & weekly flea market
Stayed here for 4 nights in a sea view room on the 5th floor, with free WiFi and BBC1 BBC2 ITV and channel 4 on the TV which is I think the best choice I have had in Spain Arrived at reception which was quick and easy to check in. Twin room which was basic but clean, only one pillow each but we asked for 4 more which wasn't a problem. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable but my friend said hers was fine. The shower was okay but it would suddenly go from just right to cold then red hot. I have a small mobility scooter which had to be left in the luggage room as not able to fit it in the lift so if you need a wheelchair or scooter in your room this hotel would not be very suitable, think this goes for a lot of hotels in Spain though. Stairs from the reception area to the pool but if stairs are a problem ask the reception as there is access through the dining room. Pool area not very large but a fair few sunbeds Meals were okay with a fair choice with dining room staff friendly and quick to take away empty plates. To the side of the hotel are steps leading direct to the beach, if you have a wheelchair or mobility scooter you will need to go out the front of the hotel and turn either left to the roundabout with the flags where there is a slope down to the promenade or right along the road to the roundabout turning right which will take you to the marina. All in all a great 4 nights at a reasonable price

Location: Right at beach..right at bars and shops and buses
Great big hotel..staff are the best..food great..room service every day..some parts need a little tlc...

Disgusting, will Neva book with you again, hotel had been changed and we weren't informed, due to my health reasons, holiday was ruined for my husbands 50th birthday, will not book with you again

I booked this hotel in the beginning as I was excited about staying at this hotel as location wise it was what I wanted from knowing and visiting the town before. Instead upon arrival at the hotel.. It was closed. No signs. No emails. No phone call to let me know why! Luckily someone wondering outside said it was closed with no reason as to why and told me the name of the other hotel accomodating for other booked guests. I had to then get all my luggage back into yet another taxi and navigate to this new hotel. We ended up driving away from the beach and up "heart attack hill" named by the locals. I am over 60 and walking up and down the hill daily in the heat was exhausting and frankly this so called RELAXING HOLIDAY was NOT relaxing at all. Note why I booked the hotel on the beach.... I didn't received ANY of this information prior or during and even after my holiday from HOTELS.COM or anybody regarding the matter. I would not have carried ahead with this holiday if I knew that the hotel I booked wasn't available. This is awful behaviour from Hotels.com. Customer satisfaction rating 0 and I will be awaiting for someone from your company to contact me and inform me to why I haven't ever been informed.....

good hotel disappointed with reception

Good hotel decent food.Dissapointed with reception,when told we were on the fifth floor we asked if there was a lower one,the receptionist said no although I could see the computer screen with many empty rooms below us,I never said nothing as they could have been allocated,however,friends of ours arrived next day and were given a room three floors below.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Fridge in all rooms without paying and e en when you wanted to pay we had to wait two days.
Location: Good bars and restaurants which are a ten mi ute wall
Don't go down the side of the hotel that lead to the beach, the steps are very dangerous and have broken tiles, invalid people would find this route impossible....
