A great hotel for a business trip, clean, easy drive to Marbella and Malaga, excellent rooms. Not quite sure I would stay here for a holiday, a little soulless, food would need to be a little better, does the job but wouldn’t be a ‘treat’ as such. Breakfast could have more choice, eggs could be warmer etc but very functional and did the job for my work trip.

Very nice property, friendly staff, excellent rooms as well as breakfast. Not in a walk feo the beach but in two minutes by car. We liked this hotel for its value for price and recommend it with confidence of a pleasant stay

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. A little while from Malaga airport but easy to get an Uber. Check in and check out both easy. Comfortable room with lovely size balcony and en-suite. Super clean with daily housekeeping and fresh pool towels. Really nice breakfast and pool bar.

Gym air condition was broken for 2 weeks we were there. Internet connection was very very weak and spotty and certainly need an upgrade. Breakfast and dinners were great. Staff was very friendly. Great price for the value.

Ideal for our purpose
The reason for booking was the proximity between San Pedro and Estapona both were a short drive. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, the hotel's best assets. On the down side the hotel was a little run down and could do with a renovation

There were not enough staff to cater for even half full hotel - the pool itself was not cleaned during the entire 10 night stay and had tree debris - plastic cups and paper towels floating in the pool. The food was really limited and the hot dishes were not hot. One night we had no hot water although this was fixed. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately. In order to walk to the beach you have to negotiate two quite busy dual carriageways.

The hotel was really tired looking, close to a busy road which was fine it wasn’t noisy. The staff were friendly but slow, the spa was old and the wave pool didn’t work on the spa circuit, also as a guest I expected 1 session free for using the spa circuit but we had to lay €25 each. We went half board and breakfast was basic, the dinner was awful hardly any choice and what was available was very salty and we could only eat between 8-9:30pm I would never have paid half board if I knew. The pool area was fine but again really tired, cracked walls and tiles falling off the pool. The hotel had a very strong perfume smell which was unpleasant in the reception area. It was very clean and the cleaners did a good job in our rooms. It’s not a 4 star hotel, I would rate it a 3 star.

Nice hotel, great for overnight stay whilst travelling
The hotel is nice, the bed was comfortable and very big, the pool area is lovely, the pool was a bit dirty and you could here the busy A7 which is right behind the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice but the location isn't great, it's good for an overnight stay as its just off the motorway but you need to drive to get to a decent restaurant for dinner. If you want to walk anywhere, you have to cross the busy motorway to get to the beach and there's only 2 restaurants by the beach, so not much choice. If you don't want to pay for the underground parking at the hotel, you have to park on the road behind the hotel which isn't ideal. There's a Lidl and Mercadonna within walking distance

Hotel was easy to get to and just a short drive to the port. The staff were friendly and helpful. The range of food on the breakfast buffet was plentiful although eggs over cooked. The rooms were very nice and quiet and the beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Bathroom had a leak from upstairs dripping onto the shower. Breakfast was poor bacon and eggs looked liked they were cooked the night before and warmed up awful! No bar facilities until 7pm you can’t even get a coffee. Hotel in need of a refurb however the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was very tired there was building work going on in several places we arrived at 3pm there was no food available at hotel until 8pm nor was there anywhere to walk to only Burger King hotel seems very isolated from anything next to main road which you can hear from rooms and pool. No view just masses of buildings everywhere staff on reception weren’t very helpful spa was lovely and breakfast was ok but they were the only good things

Was disappointed for first time on this Eurostars facility. The room was clean though damages every where, the air conditioning was not working properly. While the personnel was helpful and friendly the price and delivery were not match for a 4 stars estate. The access to the beach is somewhat difficult if not dangerous specially in darkness (highway overpass with not sidewalks) nearest peatonal overpass is kilometer away.

We got our room at 4:30 in the evening. At the pool we asked for a jug of sangria which was fine being served by two girls in the morning and later at 5pm we asked for the same drink and was told by a barman that they couldn't do that. Having had a few jug of sangria for two day and on the third day this gentleman didn't fancy working

Elya Spa and therapies great. Entertainment none and taking into consideration that it is an adult only hotel it should cater for this ie music at pool, evening cocktail, theme nights. Also pool bar should cater for more people especially for lunch snacks . All in all staff extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.
