All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL.

All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now to the REALITY...I truly suffered there. Extreme noise (day and night), was followed constantly by hotel employees. Only 1 or 2 speak English in the entire hotel. Most of the staff are very unfriendly. 1 of the hotel managers (I cannot mention his name due to Expedia Rules & Regulations) asked me questions that are illegal in USA, Canada & Europe. Quote: What is your religion? Why are you in this country? Why are you in this city? Purpose? Are you single? Married? Divorced? So so shocking... I felt very unsafe 24/7...wanted to leave/get a refund, same rude, disrespectful young manager said...quote: Sorry...NO REFUNDS. Will NEVER GO TO this HOTEL AGAIN...SHOULD BE 1 STAR MAXIMUM !!

It was a pleasant stay. The room is very spacious, clean, and modern. Although the bathroom is in a good condition, the water runs very light.

Spacious room, comfy bed.
the room is spacious, bed quite comfy, only lack of direct mirror which is difficult to do the make up with the existing mirror; air condition doesn't work immediately as the room temperature is quite hot, so it's a bit uncomfortable for people who dislike warm temperature. Breakfast is good with many selection.

Nice hotel, bad circumstance.
The reasons that I only rate this hotel 3/5 are: 1. They were having renovation in the lobby. From 08:00 until 17:00 the lobby was very loud. Since they put me on lower floor, the noise was audible from my room. 2. They could not accept my Canadian credit cards. Therefore, I had to pay for incidentals (including extra bed) by cash. 3. This is not their fault as Expedia clearly stated that the beds were single, but the single beds were really single. My child could not snug in with his mother as he always did at other hotels. We had to get an extra bed for that. 4. Because of the renovation, the air conditioning in the lobby area was not working properly, including the dining room. They put extra ACs there which were not visually pleasing. Other than those, this was a decent hotel with good location. I like it that the whole mini bar in the room was free. So we cleared it out when we left the room.

Nice hotel, easy to reach
the hotel location is in the middle of town. very close to the center of economical activities. the hotel surrounding with some of local food stall : bakso, rawon, etc.

Smelly room in the noisy hotel
The staff is informative, but NOT friendly The room is very smelly ( room 606 ) Its hard to get the warm water from he shower, I always get hot or cold water Its the "convention" hotel, so be prepared to have a very crowded lift You will hear noisy sound of the cars from the street in the middle of the night Breakfast is okey

Kamar Bersih dan Nyaman
Kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih, dilengkapi lemari es yg dingin, coffee maker dan meja kerja. Hotel memiliki kolam renang indoor di sblh restaurantnya. Rasa menu breakfast sedang saja. Kekurangannya, di kamar kami sumbat wastafel tidak bisa terangkat shg air menggenang di mangkuk wastafel. Berhubung kami menginap semalam saja, kami tdk menghubungi housekeeping.

Kamarnya cukup luas. Kamar mandi nya bagus dan bersih. Ada balkon di kamar yg menghadap kolam indoor. Kalo malam kolam bagus berwarna. Sarapan lumayan enak dan variasi. Tapi saat malam tidak bisa tidur karena bunyi suara staff yg sedang beres beres sampai jam 1 malam
