“Room was good and nice air conditioner same as normal ”

“We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. ”

“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“Overall it was a good place to stay. The only issues being need more exhaust in the rooms to help pull must smell out off the room and having a window to actually open for air flow to help the stuffiness”
