Comodo il balcone per godere del fresco. Bellissimo ilgiardino anche se non lo abbiamo usato molto. Personale cordiale. Consigliato”

“Location is great. Breakfast was OK (obviously its subjective). Staff helpful and friendly. Parts of hotel a bit tired. No air-conditioning in room and was very warm during our stay. Not a lot of parking but free parking available at nearby sister hotel (I managed to get a spot the following morning). Coffee making facilities in room would be an easy improvement they could make.”

“Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but……

“Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. Breakfast had a delicious buffet……

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait ! Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. La piscine et le spa sont impeccables et permettent de vraiment se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.”
