This hotel has a good location next to the beach with multiple options for meals and things to do nearby. My only complaint is the lack of a coffee maker in the room. That is a $20 per day surcharge unless you have a premium room. Also, no facial tissues to blow your nose,only toilet paper. The staff is friendly enough With helpful suggestions on activities nearby.

Great location and nice pools. The room is ok, fridge is not cool enough, bed appears to be old, so not very comfortable. The toilet in the room has stains, will need a better room cleaning.

Food was excellent, staff pretty helpful, rooms were nice and clean. View from my balcony was unreal and one of the best I have ever seen in my life- even if everything was bad I would come back just for the view haha! Also beach and the sea are stunning! 10/10

Have to pay a 10$. If you pay for buffet you are not allowed to take coffee to go after 10 a.m. Pool closes at 6. Rooftop is amazing but dress code after 6

Lovely location really friendly staff just two issues air-conditioning not working room 729 and the only English channel was sky new they did try to sort it but unsuccessful overall nice place.

3 night stay
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self service but there was a good choice. Bathroom had a frosted glass door with gaps which may not suit those that are embarrassed easily. Guests upstairs could be heard especially when they are heavy footed and like moving furniture at 3am. We found that it we needed to cover the shower plug with a towel and also close the sink plug to prevent sewerage smells from entering the room. Apart from these niggles we had a very pleasant stay and thought that the roof top pool and bar was wonderful. Would definitely go back.

Hotel with good facilities and lively view from the rooftop. However it seemed to be quite short staffed special at breakfast and dinner time… sometimes taking ages just to have a fork and a knife. Food at dinner was over before time so you couldn’t really get late. Unsure if service is a 4 start but great location though

Hotel Location was really good because it had the swimming pool and it was really close to the beach. Room were nice and clean. Service was okaish but not the best I ever had. I know that there is a pandemic going on and understand the countries have different rules and regulation but I left the hotel and the only thing that I remember is word "no". We wanted to exchange our used towels for the pool and it was 30 minutes before the actually time that you could and I got no answer because it wasn't the time. At the first night we arrived before midnight, we asked to buy some water for the room and it was after midnight, reception send us to a supermarket for water because they stopped serving on the bar which is wrong because if the supermarket that send us was close too. Normally, I don't tend to book all-inclusive/half boards but I decided to book this time. That was a mistake because the food was not good at all. The buffets were always cold and they were bland or over seasoned. They had different themes every night which excited us but when we tried the food was absolutely disgusting. Our first night was Spanish themed and we were thinking, they are going to make it look and taste beautifully but instead it was a dried piece of fish/meat or a dried bland paella. Breakfast was cold and not good at all. Oily and not fresh at all. The rooms dont come with any amenities apart from towels and soap/shampoo.

It was closed and I was not notified prior to my arrival. I was dropped at the barricaded front door without notice that the hotel was closed. I very SMALL 3/5 postcard was on the door stating my reservations had been forwarded to HM Fiesta ... have a brief walk on us. At the HM Fiesta, I was not on the dinner "list" and could not eat in the Hotel ... never did figure that one out. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The HM Fiesta was a beautiful hotel, spotless rooms but not happy about all of the confusion around the reserations.

Great hotel fabulous facilities but definitely not kids friendly most guest was elderly and moody kept looking at us as if we weren’t allow kids in. Overall I would definitely go there again on a romantic basis excellent view and location.

The third time I stayed at this hotel. No record of previous stays, no upgrade or nice welcome. Most of the staff are unhappy and moody. Everything you ask for, seems an inconvenience... Evening entertainment very poor. We were all inclusive, which clearly means sub-standard spirits and cocktails. Only the pay as you go customers get the quality spirits and the smile! Very disappointing.

Really nice hotel in the more quiet and calm end of Platja de Palma. Only downside was that the AC seemed to be in winter mode as the coldest setting made the room warmer than not turning it on. Had to sleep with the balcony door slightly open. Breakfast and service was great.

Nice hotel with poor service
The location of the hotel is really good, lots of bars and restaurant around and a 15mins bus to the city centre. Also the food was good. But the size of rooms are small. If you do not have the premium package which cost 20 Euro/night you wont get any thing in the room, it means no Towels, slippers, no water boiling and coffee maker, tooth brush, almost nothing. We were upset with no having these equipments, therefore we upgraded the room to the premium package. The room on the 7th floor had a really good view to the sea. Another thing to mention is that during our 6 nights stay, it happens 2times that cleaning staff did not clean the room.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff
The hotel was very squared away, pool, bar restaurant were all very nice. They let us keep our bags in storage after checking out, and we were also able to use the showers etc so we could get a full beach day in before our night flight. The vibe was more for older people and families, not a party hotel.

Wonderful stay in Mallorca
HM Tropical was a short distance away from Palma but a welcome change from the fast pace of the city. The interior and facilities were very clean and modern. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffett was exceptional and we looked forward to it every morning. Unlimited mimosas!

Great first time in Palma de Mallorca. Loved the HM Tripical. Incredible breakfast, beautiful view, evening entertainment was a nice touch. Rent bikes and ride the entire area! Had a wonderful stay.

The all inclusive is terrible.
The all inclusive is shocking where drinks and service is concerned I dont think they realised we have paid upfront for the service as staff only serve paying customers you do not recieve the same drinks even the coffee comes out of a different machine and is terrible. The food was just alright. The hotel is clean but to be a 4 star rating you would expect more far better hotels for the cost of this hotel would never go back.

We were very impressed with this hotel and the excellent service we received from all staff. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the usual facilities necessary for a good holiday. The sea view from our room on the sixth floor was exceptional, providing a panoramic vista of the beautiful coastline. The restaurant was very good with an extensive choice at both breakfast and dinner. We will return in the future and would thoroughly recommended.

Hotel is clean and functional; all staff were friendly and helpful. However we found that facilities were limited - gym is small, no indoor pool, no in room tea/coffee facilities, English TV channels are limited and food was OK but not great. Glass walled bathrooms may be a surprise to some modest people who share a room.
