Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. I like the location as is it out with normal tourist resorts. There is a very quiet relaxed vibe. Food, drinks and service are all very good.

Great but work to be done in service
Beautiful hotel and lovely setting and facilities. Only moan was waiter service in restaurants. Pretty poor service. Left to fend after initial order taken. Nobody to ask if you want another drink or desert. One Main course arrived after plates cleared which was a shame.

Hotel location & buildings superb, what let the hotel down from 5 star was its service. There was a shortage of staff which made getting drinks & food service very slow

Beautiful relaxing stay,
Beautiful relaxing stay, hotel is in a quiet location. We had a car so could go around the island, if you are staying for more than a few nights a car is recommended. BBQ buffet on the Wednesday night was excellent and would recommend. The room we stayed in was a good size, a nice large bed, with an area that we could sit out. Only problem I could see was that in the sitting area, people did walk past so was overlooked, other rooms did not have this problem and it wasn't really a problem for us. We were happy with the room but after speaking with hotel staff, if you are unhappy with the location of your room they will move you if there is space. Really can't fault the commitment of most of the staff to the hotel. If I could pick fault, I would say when breakfast gets busy the service does go down due to the amount of people needing to be served. getting there before the rush does make a significant difference to the service you get.

Relaxing hotel with lots of charachter
We spent a week at the Hilton for our first family holiday with our little baby girl. We enjoyed a very relaxed week there staying in a deluxe garden room with views of the chapel. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, as you can see from the many pictures. The staff are very welcoming and were genuinely friendly.. we enjoyed chatting to Sonia (PA to the general manager), she was always friendly and gave us some good recommendations of places to visit on the island. We liked the fact that breakfast went on until 11am, the selection is very good and was always a highlight. You definitely require a hire car to stay at his hotel as it is quite a distance from any restaurants or shops, so expect to travel if you don't want to eat at the hotel. There are some decent restaurants in Llucmajor, so it's worth trying them out. The only other downside for us was that the outdoor pools are not heated (we were there in May), the indoor pool in the Spa is only open for kids for 2 hours between 10 - 12pm, it would have been nice if there was another opportunity to use the pool as this was part of the reason travelled there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - it's a unique hotel with lots of charachter and friendly staff

This hotel is in a tranquil setting and provides the opportunity to relax and enjoy good food, without being more than a taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle. The spa is fabulous and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. Only one restaurant, but the food is excellent. It is ideal for a short break, but if staying longer, hire a car.Will definitely return

Wonderful 7 days stay at Hilton Sa Torre
We spent a wonderful 7 days at the Hilton Hotel Sa Torre the staff are exeptional & do everything they can to make your stay special.. we appresiated the adults only pool which was relaxing & quiet... Our only dissapointment was the dining experience .. we found the menu's restricted with various dishes unavailable .. and not very well described ... and we had a few meals that we didnt really enjoy.. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly return (hoping the menu/food is inproved

Hilton Sa Torre the hidden gem
Service was great , there willingness to help was an exception ???? We were saying there for wedding hereby . If you want to be in Palma then say there , this is about 25 mins out but is definitely worth the effort . Would go back to stay again . Everything was super from the buildings so much Spanish style / to the staff and the excellent food . I cant say enough about it .

Peaceful Hotel lovely gardens.
We really enjoyed our stay overall. We had a deluxe garden room with a terrace and it was very comfortable. The staff at reception were really brilliant at organising some day excursions, I would thoroughly recommend yacht sailing from Port Adriano. The breakfast selection was brilliant, with staff being really attentive. The outdoor pools are nice with plenty of sun loungers and clean towels however the adult pool is not heated, not sure about the family pool as we didn't try it. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the indoor pool in the spa, I had specifically chosen this hotel because of the indoor pool On the first day we there it was heated and at a lovely temperature however afterwards the temperature was put down or not working and it was far too cold for me to swim. Some of the relaxation jacuzzi functions in the pool we not working. The steam room was really dark and had hardly any steam, the treatment showers had no light and we're not working adequately, the foot spa was also not working. I know most people would not spend time indoors when the weather outside is so amazing but my husband has a sun allergy and I don't like tanning which is why we specifically look for hotels with an indoor pool and spa facilities. I did have a massage and my therapist was execellent, being 5 months pregnant the treatment I received was brilliant. I didn't make a complaint as I didn't want to ruin the holiday, but I did expect excellence from the Hilton

Amazing hotel - but quickly becomes a bit boring
I, my wife and our four year old child stayed at the Hilton Mallorca in the middle of October 2015. The hotel is described as being family friendly - and to many extents it is, but in other ways it didn't feel quite so. During our stay the days were warm but the nights became a little chilly and thus the outdoor pool was colder than expected. There are three pools - one very small pool for kids - a medium sized pool on the family area which is deeper and for adults and then lovely big pool in the adults only area. The indoor spa pool was lovely and warm but this area is only open to children between ten am and twelve pm despite the ape opening from nine am to none pm. In all fairness when it was raining outside they did allow our little one in the spa outside of these hours. But all the same this left us with the feeling the hotel wasn't really aimed at families. The staff were amazing - everyone said hi each time they passed you and there seemed to be more staff than guests. The hotel was supposed to be busy when we were there - because it's so spread out it never felt busy. There is very little to do here. There are tennis courts. An outdoor pool and a spa. And that is it. We became pretty bored with the hotel after probably two or three days. Nothing ever really happens at night time either. The hotel is perfect for people who want peace and quiet, perhaps for people on a business trip, and certainly older couples in general. Staff were great we enjoyed it.

Shuttle transfer failed resulting in an exorbitant charge by transfer agents Urbis- should have taken an ordinary taxi. Hotel not really 5 star it misses those details which would make it so. Not given details of facilities or surrounding area, Spa - swimming pool jacuzzi broken, lacks pool side drinks/fruit. Restaurant service - sloppy, not all items brought out /plates not cleared/ no plates, diners turned away from an empty restaurant. Bathroom flooded - design of shower probably, Bath plug did not work

Beautiful hotel full of character
Booked the Hilton Sa Torre as a last minute getaway in August. Had never been to Majorca before and feared that it would be noisy, and jam packed full of Brits on 18-30 type holidays. in the event I was very pleasantly surprised, particularly by the hotel, which is beautiful, full of character and set in a secluded location well away from the main tourist drag. Easy taxi/shuttle ride from the airport, and very welcoming staff from the moment of our arrival. We were upgraded to a garden suite and allowed to use all the facilities from our arrival at 8am, even though official check in time was 2pm, I think. Room/suite was very high quality, clean and with good facilities. Limited English satellite TV channels with poor reception is the only negative I can think of! The pools are excellent, and having a separate adult only pool meant that I could relax when my 3-year old was running riot in the kids pool(s) without feeling embarrassed that he was disturbing other guests. We also took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the beach at Es Trenc, which is gorgeous - the packed lunches provided by the hotel were v expensive, though. Didn't get to use either the spa facilities or the tennis courts, but both looked high quality. Food is excellent, with a good range at breakfast and several options for dinner. Service was slow in a couple of occasions, but apologised-for (I think our order was mislaid one on occasion). Only other gripe is that WiFi costs something like 5 euros per day.

A very attractive hotel and we very much enjoyed our experience. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent and served in a friendly way by the staff. We were surprised that some of the wines were listed were not available but alternatives were recommended.

Super relaxation
I was looking for a quiet hotel away from the crowds that was spacious, calm and relaxing. I found it here. The hotel was beautiful with great facilities including a great spa. The quiet pool was a calm and relaxing space away from children and the breakfasts had everything you could want. My only concern was the pool service. There were not enough staff for the requests and the service was not always customer focussed which led to some frustrating waiting time standing at the main bar however this was the exception to otherwise fantastic customer service. Overall I would highly recommend this historical hotel. Didn't want to leave!

One of the best Hiltons I've stayed in
Genuinely outstanding hotel. Only drawback is out of Hilton's control - bit quiet and remote area, wont work if you dont rent a car for your time here as its quite remote. Its a 15 minute drive from Llucmajor or Sa Torre ( its in between) and its a 20min drive from Palma.

Nice hotel for both couples and families
Everything was great. It was a distance from Palma but it is close to some of the best beaches. There are small gems of towns close by.

Remote Getaway
The Hilton has an amazing property nestled into the Mallorcan countryside. It is near some of the best beaches on the island and also is in the midst of great roads for cycling. The property is impeccable and possesses that old world charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful when assisting us with making dinner reservations or selecting a beach to visit. The hotel is about 25-30 minutes outside of Palma, so I recommend you rent a car if you are staying at this hotel. The hotel restaurant is very good, but would like to note that there aren't many alternative dining options in the immediate vicinity. You can find other restaurants about 10-15 minutes away, but recommend driving into Palma if you have the time.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
We have just spent one night here and were all extremely happy! This is a smart grown up hotel, which happily caters for children too. All the staff were very friendly with excellent service. After a long, troublesome day travelling we were very fortunate to be upgraded for the night...an excellent end to what was a challenging day! The restaurant is very pretty with a good choice of food, wine, children's menu etc...children eat free from the Hilton menu or half price A la carte. The hotel is beautifully renovated but a little remote......although only 15 mins or so from Palma airport it is down a long, windy unlit road. But I guess that could be the attraction too if you want a quiet relaxing holiday! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7)

Great hotel for quiet getaway
We had a great weekend using this hotel as a base but if you are looking for somewhere near nightspots this isn't for you as it is a cab ride from everywhere. Great rooms , staff, breakfast choice was extensive.

An absolutely beautiful resort..
This resort is a gem for the Hilton line of prestigious resorts. The only problem is that it is located in the middle of nowhere... The beauty of Mallorca are the views to the Ocean.. This hotel is in the middle of a farm of thorns. This property was at one time given as a present to a family by a king around 1400-1500.. The hotel is the mansion of this family. İt is absolutely enchanting.. Must have a car... or the hotel should offer a shuttle service to a neighboring town. The food was excellent.. and the staff was so helpful with anything that you might need.

Quaint Hilton in Majorca
Beautiful interiors, this hotel oozes old Mallorquin charm and elegance. Not sure it's quite 5 star. Catering let's it down a bit. Rooms were average. Staff did their best. A good location to try out some of Majorca's best beaches (Es Trenc, Cala Pi, Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago). Having a car is essential.

Great place for complete rest and relaxation
Great hotel, very nicely done up ancient manor house. The main building is the old building and there are modern rooms around the pool. The staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is great for complete R&R. However it does mean that you are pretty much cut off if you do not have a hire car. The food was good (not great) and quite expensive - but as you are isolated without a car the next restaurant is a taxi ride away. The rooms were very large, light and comfortable - the bed was quite soft which I like. The TV is old and I am used to having dvd players as standard these days. The channel offerings are very poor (which if the weather is great is not a problem but if it rains then there is not much in the way of other entertainment). There is a spa with lots of options. There are two swimming pools which are lovely. My major complaint is that you are charged for wifi in the room and it is not cheap. I think these days in a top-end hotel this is a big negative. BUT wifi is free in the public areas. My minor grip is that the hotel is pretty much completely hard flooring, which means when furniture is moved the noise echoes and reverberates throughout the entire building. The effect is nice but when they are rearranging tables and chairs at 1am this is seriously annoying. I would definately return but I would book a garden room.

fantastic hotel for mini family break
hotel was fantastic for a mini family break. The pool area being the highlight. My only problem all weekend was they didn't have the requests I had made on hotel.com for interconnecting rooms and told me I should have called them direct???I understand interconnecting rooms are not always possible but they hadnt even seen the request and we were initially put in separate buildings......this was rectified but I am not happy that this was portrayed to be my fault......please make sure hotels.com & the hilton communicate better and it would have been a faultless stay!!!!

Away from the crowds. Love the adult only pool. Fabulous hotel in a very remote place.
