The location is perfect, the view from the room was amazing. The staff is helpful and the food for breakfast and dinner was unlimited, so many varieties. Great assortiments.

Great location next to the beach, near to bus stop for Palma. Rooms are small but view was amazing and the food was fine. The furniture in the rooms needs updating. Shower is a bit of a pain getting into. But all in all a good hotel

The staff did not have the right attitude, two were really rather rude. They were not well versed in English so making yourself understood in the restaurant was difficult.

This hotel is catering to the German market. Therefore, the hotel was full (apart from 6 of us Brits) of Germans. They were not friendly at all and most of the evenings entertainment was in German. The hotel itself can't be faulted. The location is excellent, the food is excellent but we felt like we were not welcome by the other guests unfortunately....

Hotel food was excellent. Mainly mature german clients and geared to this market. Location very good and plenty to do and see. Not much late night entertainment in area most places closed before midnight. Lovely promenade for walking/jogging/cycling. Peaceful side of island.

Amazing Buffet
This hotel was very nice, looking out over the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part, however, was the buffet. We had half board, and were extremely happy with it. There was a huge variety and high quality of food. The food was definitely the highlight. The drinks were reasonably priced. If you have kids, they would like the hotel- especially the mini-disco in the evening. We don't have kids, but were highly entertained. A fun time.

Really good hotel if your german
Was looking forward to staying in this hotel as we stayed at the hotel next door ealier in the summer, hotel was good but had nothing at all for english, we ended up going back next door for entertainment and spent most of are time away from this hotel.

Fantastic hotel great food
The hotel is great, clean and kept in great condition. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, plenty of food with great variety! The beach is right there and we had a balcony overlooking the beach. Great programs offered! Overall amazing!

Super hotel
All staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We had breakfast in hotel and it was super - lots of variety. Pool was lovely with direct access to promenade. Super view from balcony.

Hotel location excellent
Hotel in great location to lovely beach. Long promenade, no hills and ideal for long walks. Close to town and area pleasing. Hotel has nice atmosphere , mainly German tourists but food etc was to all tastes. Overall a good hotel in a nice location and a friendly staff. Would return to this hotel.

Lovely Hotel overlooking beach
Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient, rooms clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking sea. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Despite some administrative mistakes, such as our names not being on their list of arrivals, so no room was ready for us and we had to wait for one to be got ready, and our table in the dining room having already been given to others at breakfast time on the last day, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.g

We knew from previous reviews the hotel catered mainly for German guests but this was not a problem. A wide variey of food is available in the restaurant so should cater for all tastes. You keep the same table for all meals during your stay. Only issue was the hotel don't enforce their no towels on sunbed policy so finding sunbeds was a problem! Hotel is located right next to beach in quiet location. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, food was made available to us even though we didn't check in until half one in the morning. Overall great value!

Also very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Walk a few minutes more and you are right in the busy part either on the beach front or just behind where all the shops and other bars, cafes etc are. The restaurants and bars cater mainly to the German people.

This hotel is oriented on tourists from Germany therefore all evening shows were in German language. Room service was OK. Overall stay was good. Very good location just in front of the beach and our room was with a sea view. The only thing is that not all hotel staff understands English. Even one receptionist once on my question in English was trying to answer me in German.

Next to the beach with sea views.
Hotel offered great choice of entertainment for children and for adults although it didn't advertise at booking. Location is close to shops and kids fun fair, yet far enough from high street noise. Quiet hotel, good food and nice staff speaking English, German and Spanish. All rooms seemed to have sea view.

Lovely hotel, in excellent location
I have recently returned from a wonderful short stay at the Hipotel Flimenco in Cala Millor. All aspects of the hotel were exceptional. The welcome from the reception staff (including the complimentary glass of champagne), the food, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the room (with a wonderful view of the sea), the friendliness of the staff and the location were all first class. I would definitely stay here again.

AC did not work
I was led to believe this was a 4 star hotel. However the AC did not work in the middle of the night and when I called the front desk, the receptionist was less than helpful. "I can't do anything about it" was the exact phrase. It was the worst night in a hotel since I can remember. As a 30yo married couple we also felt like the youngest people there. 50+ crowd. Facilities are old and would recommend to look elsewhere as the beach was very beautiful.

A very nice hotel, close to the beach
The hotel is lovely, well maintained with extremely professional staff to welcome and take care of you. The hotel is close to the beach which is also well maintained (Each evening it is raked over). The hotel offers bike hire and has a tourist desk. Entertainment every night, which was a huge plus for us. The dining facilities were excellent, as was the food. However, we were not allowed to sit where we wanted to. It was allocated seating and unfortunately we were sat between two German families, neither of whom spoke English and we didn't speak German. So, breakfast was a little uncomfortable at times. But overall, a great 10 day vacation at a great hotel, in a great location.............

My third stay at the Flamenco. I like it because it's a very comfortable holiday hotel. The staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Fellow guests are mostly German and, in October, mostly older couples. Most are friendly and respectful. Evening entertainment is variable but the staff in this department work hard and are outgoing. The one drawback in staying on the shaded side facing north towards Cala Bona is the newly refitted Protur Playa hotel next door has night entertainment through till 11.30pm. If you don't like noise request a room on the sunny south side.

Excellent hotel, from reception to pool area, lounges & hospitality. All great. Cooked buffet breakfast, huge choice. Buffet dinner huge selection, grills, pasta, soups,deserts & much more. Rooms spotless with balcony,hairdryer, safe,fridge & plenty storage space. Mostly German, Spanish but very friendly Right on beach with short walk to centre. Shops next to hotel. Stay here & you will not be disappointed. Terrific value late April.

Very comfortable hotel with great view of the sea.
An excellent week's holiday at the end of the season in Cala Millor. I had not been to this area before, and was very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to the town, and the beach. The hotel staff are delightful and very friendly. The buffet was pretty good, with a daily variation in provision. An excellent holiday resort.

Good for a relaxing vacation.
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We absolutely loved our stay! The location is right on the beach. However, it is about 64K from Palma. We rented a car and this allowed us to see many different sights around the island including Palma. If you go in the winter expect most if not all stores and places to eat to be closed. Other than that we had a wonderful girls get away!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist alles da, was man braucht - es ist gepflegt. Was ich als Mangel empfinde: die Möbel sind muffig, keine Schallschutztür (extrem hellhörig). Ich hatte Ün/Fr gebucht - das war völlig ok und der Kaffee ist tatsächlich super.

Casi todo perfecto, peeero...
Personal muy amable y eficiente. Camareros y camareras maravillosos y muy amables. Buffet bastante bueno y variado, los postres genial. Cenas hasta las 9 de la noche, bastante ridículo. Habitación que va necesitando una reforma. Mala insonorización, se escuchan los que vienen de fiesta a las 4 de la mañana y los que desayunan a las 7. Actuaciones en vivo bastante mejorables. Acceso a la playa muy bueno, a 1 minuto. Si mejorasen esas cosillas sería un hotel realmente impresionante, pero aún así quedamos muy contentos.
