Avoid if you want a peaceful holiday

The hotel is rather dated but that's not the major problem. The problem is that the owners seem to favour young (and very drunk) all inclusive guests. I stayed in the hotel with my son and I was not able to sleep as the younger guests seem to enjoy banging on other peoples doors and shouting in the middle of the night. This is a hotel that has lost it's respect for itself. The people working in the hotel were mostly very pleasant, especially a young lady from Brazil. The man working in the restaurant was the only one trying to keep a bit of order, asking youngsters to not enter the restaurant barefooted or with a towel. This man tried and worked hard.
The hotel room was of adequate size. The rooms do not have air-conditioning, you can't watch tv without paying for a remote control. Wifi costs 4e/day. The room was cleaned on a daily basis but the balcony had glass on it due to previous guests breaking the window separating the balconies - due to this we could have climbed over to two other balconies...
The food served was very good for the price we paid. I would not hesitate to bring a school class, sport team or a bigger group of people to this hotel IF the hotel would stop the all inclusive and make sure people who disrespect others are sent out of the hotel.
The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a bus to Palma only takes 20 minutes. Restaurants are around the corner but as the hotel food was good enough, we mostly ate there.
