Reasonable mid-range option
Good location less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Espanya. Old town within walking distance. Personnel friendly and helpful. There was only one socket in the room. Fridge was therefore had to be plugged in bathroom!

Amazing staff!
Staff were lovely and so helpful. Situated in a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. Would stay here again

Ok stay
The hotel was conveniently located but got a bit noisy at night/early morning. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in Palma and enjoyed our time at the Amic Colon.

Just did a 1 night stay so we weren’t expecting too much. However in the evening it was very noisy. Banging doors. People outside the floor or lift/stairs. Very hard to sleep.

didn’t cost a fortune, so didn’t expect luxury. What I got was a clean & comfortable room, with a functional bathroom, so no complaints. Nicely located within easy walking of everything Palma has to offer.

We had a free upgrade which was so unexpected because it was my partners 50 th birthday which they noticed on passport. So we had a superior room with a jacuzzi. Also staff were so helpful with where to go and how to get there

Well located
Very well connected to the city centre ( less than 10 min walking to Plazza di Spana). Clean room. Bathroom was very small, I didn't like at all. For a 3-star was okay. Price was good.

It is what it is - its simply a bed whilst you are en route elsewhere. Its in an excellent position to explore the old town and its clean and well run. There is an excellent bar to the right for breakfast and a supermarket to the left who I cannot rate too highly. I bought 23 euros worth of stuff and he gave me a present of a bag of cherries! If like us you want somewhere cheap and cheerful to lay your head whilst waiting to go on your holiday and a chance to check out Palma then I am more than happy to recommend.

A little noisy right next to busy street. Noisy inside building. Room clean but sparse and in need of attention. Great location for easy access to airport. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good value for money and very comfortable
Great stay for a weekend. Friendly staff and very helpful. Although a simple hotel, you've got everything you need for a short stay in a great comfort. Will not hesitate in recommending to anyone on that basis, a short stay, as there are no other facilities like a pool which comes very handy in this city.

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are comfy. A tea and coffee maker in room will be helpful. Though they do have coffee available in general area.

Lovely clean hotel in a fantastic location and close to all amenities. #1 bus from airport drops you at Placa Espanya so easily accessible for hotel which is only a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Does what it says on the tin. For us golfers it is convenient, no frills, sleep, get up, breakfast at local cafe/golf club, golf, beer, change, eat & drink in good restaurant, sleep; repeat!

Room very small, bathroom very very small and out dated. Walls so paper thin could hear our neighbours snoring constantly during the night. No bar or breakfast to be seen. How on earth this hotel got 3 stars is beyond belief. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Only positive thing was the location.

Overall, it was fine for the price and the location was convenient. I’d picked it, though, because it was listed as having airport transportation. But it has no transportation to and from the airport. Still, when I called the front desk explained the best way to take the public bus or cab to me, so I appreciated that.

Good hotel with good restaurants close by.
We first stayed at this hotel in January and were impressed by it's location. There is an excellent bar/restaurant on the opposite corner of the road which we can highly recommend -Bar Mavi. A very nice touch is that the hotel provides water coolers on each floor which was very much appreciated. We were also very relieved to take full advantage of the air conditioning in the room, as the temperature was in the 30s each day!! A nice comfortable room with good daily housekeeping. Please note that the hotel is not close to the cathedral - it is rather a long distance to walk to.

The hotel was exactly what we needed as a base for our few days stay in Palma, close to shops and restaurants and great value for money. Air conditioning included was also a great bonus!

I was late arrival and the personnel was rude and disrespectful she proceeded to get smart and when it was time to pay her she refused to take cash and credit card she stated they don’t allow payment in that Order. That was a inconvenience because I had to go out Of My way and pay fees that weren’t necessary..

Friendly staff - outdated facilities
The room was tiny, even though we got a three bed instead of a double one, which helped maneuvering around, as we stored our luggage there. The WIFI was extremely slow. The furniture was old and damaged. The room was averagely clean with lots of other people's hair on the floor and bathroom. Area under sink hadn't been cleaned in ages. The walls are paper thin and you can listen to every move your "neighbours" make. Thankfully we landed quiet ones. The area itself looks a bit dodgy with no good restaurants or bars around. Having said that, we didn't encounter any problems, but had to take a taxi in and out of the town center which added to the cost. Too expensive for what it has to offer. But if having to stay there, avoid rooms on the first two floors and next to the elevator.
